I recently visited House of Smoke and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kaylie and Alonda. Despite facing a challenging situation with their system being down, they handled it with remarkable patience and professionalism. The store was full of customers, and it could have easily turned into chaos, but Kaylie and Alonda kept their cool and managed the situation effectively.
They communicated clearly with everyone, ensured that all customers were informed about the issue, and worked diligently to resolve it as quickly as possible. Their composure and dedication to customer service were truly commendable.

“I come here for my incense. They have a great variety. I have dogs at home so their incense are a life saver. The shop itself is really cool. I'm not too familiar with all the items they have but the artwork is cool. They also have a great selection of kratom for those who use it. The younger cashier lady is really professional and makes my trips memorable every time.”

She was even willing to bargain on a mod with no tank. I ended up going with an option elsewhere, but I feel like this shop deserved a hi 5 for being super cool and helpful.”
“Was wondering where this place was located cuz I'm from out of town so I call and had a very nice person answer the phone and give me excellent directions to get there fast. I arrived and was greeted by Jenny who remembered my call and was willing to assist. The store is clean and well organized and jenny was well dressed and very nice she helped me with my purchase and answered my questions and allowed me to take a few pics which I'll post on here. The whole process was painless and quite nice . You get so many lazy employees these days but not here. This place is right off a main road and is easy to find if you're looking for it. “I don't buy glass. I come here for their selection of CBD. I don't know about their other CBD but they have one in particular that helps me sleep and the proceeds go to veterans. Super nice workers too. Very helpful. They have a nice selection of candles as well. Call me boring. I don't care. I used to smoke and now I'm too old for all that. My lungs are important to me. I've only got one pair.”

You can go to other places for glass but if you want quality glass that will last you a long time in a great environment go to Mary Jane's. “The customer service I received from COURTNEY was absolutely outstanding!!! I am from Arizona, traveling in my RV and I was running low on vape supplies I usually get in Tucson. I went to another shop nearby that was horrible (Erupted Vape Camas) but so glad I found this one and found Courtney working there. She spent almost an hour with me helping me to find exactly what I wanted/needed as an alternative to what I get in AZ. She was EXTREMELY kind, patient, helpful, professional and just overall Ah-mazing. If she is not yet a manager, she should be. Also - I absolutely LOVE that they offer in house made juices. I am accustomed to 5 star products and services for my vape supplies and was NOT disappointed here. They have so many excellent products and choices. I am extremely pleased. If you get the opportunity to be assisted by Courtney - you will be happy and pleased. What a terrific young lady, nice, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond and I can't thank you guys enough. I HIGHLY recommend this vape store!!!! I am on my way to Alabama so might not get to shop here again soon, but anytime I am in this part of the Country, I will definitely go back. A+++++. Owner, please be good to Courtney and don't ever lose her, she is phenomenal at customer service. I spent about $300 here, but not because it's expensive ... Prices are great, it's because I was stocking up on the great products while I can because who knows how long it might be before I find another great vape shop like this one while traveling. ❤️❤️❤️”
