Went in to the Vancouver location to get sandles reefs. They had a rack on top 30%off of sandles nothing but reefs on Saud rack went to pay got NO 30% off I asked about it they said it's for other brands witch were not on said stand, so they lie to you nothing is on sale the store of Tillys is a thief an liars!!!!

Horrible customer service! Buyer's beware. I received my online order & the items weren't mine but the receipt was with it. After calling right away and sending pictures to them via email and waiting 4 days for a supervisor to tell me that the shipment was packaged correctly at the shipping warehouse. They advised me to file a police report! LOLDo not buy online from them. They must have bad employees that steal from the company and pack the incorrect items and keep the correct ones for themselves. I'm so shocked and out $86 dollars and some change. HORRIBLE COMPANY!P.s. I ordered 2 sweatshirts size xl and received to medium jackets.

Clothing StoreI recently visited Tilly’s Clothing Store and was very pleased with my experience. The store offers a wide selection of fashionable clothing and accessories for both men and women. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and I was able to find exactly the items I was looking for. The prices were very reasonable, and I found several great deals. I was also able to take advantage of their online store, which made my shopping experience even more convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend Tilly's Clothing Store to anyone looking for quality fashion items at an affordable price.

I have been a professional medium for 15 and a half years and am VERY sensitive to all of the energy forces that surround us. The clothes are nice and the establishment is clean but when I walked into the store I was ASSAULTED by the dark energy radiating from Ryan at checkout.

Tilly has a decent selection of clothing that can match different casual styles. I got a sleeveless summery polo shirt, and a more fancy short pencil skirt. Their prices are not bad and they have some stuff on sale as well. However, the customer service doesn't seem that great. The cashier who was helping me two weeks ago seemed very confused and like he didn't want to be there. Besides when I was paying, I received no employee interaction, which can be nice as an introvert, but also seemed unfriendly. I also think that someone cut me in line.

Cole has been absolutely amazing. She truly has great customer service skills which makes me always happy to come back to this store. I love their selection of clothing & always impressed with how orderly & clean the store is managed.

Been here once and never going back. I was buying a dress, size medium, which was my size. I was checking out and the girl at the register made a comment about how she thought it would be too small for me. I’m 5’8”, 115 pounds, I promise a MEDIUM would fit. I had just gotten out of treatment for my eating disorder too, so this comment was very triggering. I always heard about stuff like this happening to girls, but this was the first time I experienced it. I know I shouldn’t let my one experience with an employee speak for the whole company, but this whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. BTW I tried the dress on when I got home and it fits fine. I don’t know how making customers feel insecure is supposed to sell a product
