Was a little unsure on the website of what all things actually entailed so I called and spoke with someone on the phone. They helped answer all my questions and stayed on the phone with me while I was putting in my order to make sure that all of my questions were answered.
Ended up ordering the creator's choice in the medium (can't remember the name of the sizes) sized arrangement. Put in that I wanted something the most colorful that they could do and that a variety of flowers would be appreciated but that colorful was the only real requirement. The arrangement was delivered the next day and the person who recieved it said it was beyond beautiful and it really made their day.
Would totally use Floral Wishes and Gifts again and don't be afraid to call and ask questions if something on the website doesn't make sense.

I live 2 hours away and had never ordered flowers from anywhere in Vancouver before so I chose Floral Wishes and Gifts from several different shops. There were two others that I tried but did not get a good impression. I'm so glad I found this place because they were courteous, prompt and very communicative. I began my order on their website but had a couple of questions so I called and talked with Debbie. She helped me complete my order with no issues. I will definitely use Floral Wishes and Gifts again.

This place was amazing! I went in to get my wife some flowers for her bday and they were so nice. We talked for so long that I accidentally used the wrong card to pay for them(work debit). She canceled the transaction and I used the correct card. Thank you for that again ?. But my wife loved the flowers. They were so beautiful she thought they were fake until she saw it was 100% real flowers. I'll go there again for something special when it comes to flowers. For me, worth every cent. Happy wife, happy life ?

I simply cannot believe the excellent service and care I received. I ordered flowers to be delivered and didn’t realize the recipient would not be there for a week. Floral Wishes & Gifts went above and beyond to take back the absolutely beautiful arrangement, call me to let me know, then offered to re-deliver another beautiful arrangement the next week. I would not have even known the flowers were not received Who does that??? It was completely my fault and they could have just dropped the flowers off and I would have understood. It was my error. The new flowers arrived today and they are even more beautiful than the first ones. I have struggled for decades to find a great florist in Vancouver. I finally found one that has the can-do attitude and goes the extra mile that I have hoped for. Thank you!!!!!
