Shane is great to work with. He is helping set up a plan taylored for me and my back issues. I love the atmosphere!3 month update - Shane is the best! He has created the most welcoming, nonjudgmental exercise environment I have ever been at. It is the only gym I have been to that actually backs up the philosophy of "Come as you are." When you walk in everyone says hi and is super nice. I have been working with Shane for 3 months now, and the results are amazing. I am a heavy guy with some knee issues, and he has provided excellent modifications and routines to help me lose consistent weight over that time. Mindy is great help teaching the exercises and super supportive!

I have never in my life felt so comfortable, so welcomed, and so motivated to get healthy and exercise as I do at this gym. The staff is encouraging, uplifting, and knowledgeable! The workouts are the perfect mix of strength training and cardio. Since starting my journey at this gym, I have seen results and learned to make it a lifestyle change. I worked out here as the camp, but I just joined muscleBar. I don't know if you will find a place more supportive than this. Come as you are but know they will push you.It's so great that they've gone on their own and don't have to stick to what the camp made them. There is way more flexibility and personalization. I highly recommend.

Just tried out a morning work out. This place is very hands off if you want and hands on if you need. No pressure on workout and I will probably sign up next week. Very tough workout but you can go at your own pace, keep that form above all.

You need a gym? This is the place. The workouts are intense but fun and always different. You never know what the trainers will think of. It's not crossfit and it's not a gym with a thousand machines. You go at your own pace. Plus an amazing weight loss transformation program. Check them out!!!

By me being in the camp transformation center in California is very good I’m trying to get into the one out here in Vancouver I’ve been calling for about like a month I went down there like three times but I’m not sure if they’re closed due to Covid they never answer their phones but I would just like to know if they’re open or close

Excellent Staff, great vibe, good group of people! They have a superb training regimen and are highly motivating. I am very happy and satisfied with my results. It is freaking very hard work, dont get me wrong, but the staff and the people are very motivating! I have seen people do amazing transformations not only physically but mentally as well. I was sitting there after the last class one day and almost everyone was gone when a guy drove up and came in. He said he just came from the Dr and had lost 75lbs and was taken off his high blood pressure meds, etc. and just came in to say thanks...I think that sums it up...Shout out to Ryan, Shane & Mindy...great job!
