I love this authentic European store but I’m not sure I will be back. I was in the store today trying to find a product, when my purse accidentally touched a beer on the edge of a shelf and it fell exploding. Unfortunately, what I came in for - the store did not have. However, I grabbed some candy on the way out because this is the only European store I can find minky binky candy. The cashier made me pay for a $5 bottle of beer that accidentally was knocked to the floor. I didn’t take the beer or drink the beer but was charged for accidentally hitting it with my purse. It’s insane to think a customer needs to pay for an accident. The store is extremely small and things are tight inside. The store can write off the beer but again I was charged for an accident! Please, don’t knock anything down or you’ll be charged. Don’t bring kids in with you because all the glass is easily available to get broken. Now, I’m out $5 for a beer I didn’t want, beer on my leather purse and beer on my shoes. Bad customer service and thought process. Be careful with the store.

I came from out of town and the woman that helped me out was Svetlana. Came in here in a good mood for the very first time. Left in the worst mood after coming in contact with the lady. She did not have very good customer service skills. Very rude and unprofessional. Sorry not sorry but where I am from, I never receive that kind of treatment from employees. Please rethink of yours hirees. Also this place is very overpriced. Would not recommend this place. Please take your business to someone who deserves it.

I don't know where to start. First of all BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING THERE! ASK IF EMPLOYEES KNOW OR HAVE ANY DEGREE IN PHARMACY! My mom (84yr) went and bought high blood pressure medication from (SVITLANA) SHORT BLONDE LADY! She told her don't drink medicine. Its chemicals, drink this and it will help u! My mom did that all the time! .... "it's how we did back in day"... drink this tea (bunch of herbs) mixed together and add few drops of valerian root. Mom end up in hospital because she was drinking something that didn't help her. She was in critical condition! TAMILA PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE WITH MEDICAL DEGREE OR AT LEAST SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING! When i came to the store and talked to her and the owner. TAMILA SAID we all make mistake! SHE COULD DIE from ur employee who doesnt know anything!(Svitlana said her self she's bookkeeper and has no degree in medical)...

I wanted to say a big thank you to Tamila’$ - euromarket❤️ ?for the fact that they exist and do their job perfectly, I suffer from high blood pressure ?and in Ukraine the doctors prescribed me a natural drug that I need to use every day and I found it only in Tamila’s stores, this is just a few good words this store deserves. Thank you for your work, I wish you success and prosperity, God bless you ?God bless America & Ukraine????

Overcharging for shipping.They charged me $17.99 for shipping but actual price listed by the post office on the package was $10.40.Customer service is questionable most of the time. Not sure if the cashiers in the store understand that you need people to buy products from the store for the store to keep operating.

The sales lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. Prices are higher than in the Russian store that is 3 minutes away from this place. I don’t recommend to go there if you don’t want your mood to be ruined and to be disappointed of how much you spent when you had a chance to safe some money on exactly the same items just by going to some other European store.

If I could give them no stars at all, I would have selected that choice. My husband and I went there looking for gypsy salami and when we entered the store, two women were there talking. They did not look up, Greer us, ask if we needed anything period.we put something on the counter to purchase, and they walked away. Completely out of site. We left. If you are not Russian, I would suggest you not go in. Very unfr and unprofessional behavior.
