Five stars given to Kevin T. Overall 4 stars only because how long it took. Corporate system was having trouble so we had to wait until things got back on track. Kevin stuck with us the whole time not wandering to other customers that were coming in. Great customer service Kevin. Keep up the good work.

Outstanding customer service! Itzehl, who helped us upgrade our phones, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend asking for her when either looking to move to T-Mobile or upgrading your phones!

Horrible. I bought a phone in a pinch for my job, needed it for in the field work. They refused to let me see the phone before buying it. I had already waited for about an hour so I just took it. Also overcharged me for every device they said I needed. Would never do business with them again.worst ever.

I came in to get a new phone. I was greeted, he asked what I was in for. I let him know I was looking for a new phone.He then did say to let him know if I had questions. The three people working then proceed to have a personal conversation instead of following up with me. This is the poorest service I have ever gotten atT Mobile. Apparently nobody wanted to sell me a new phone. I will have to try a different location now.

Although it was very busy, and we had to wait almost an hour to get to talk to someone, the individualized customer service was awesome! While waiting my turn, I noticed the techs never made anyone feel rushed in spite of all of us waiting. The techs gave total attention to the customer they were working with at the time. When it came to my turn, there was no difference - my tech made me feel like my questions were important and made sure I was totally understanding the answers. He actually felt that I should wait another month to get the phone that would best serve my needs. He could have made an individual sale that day, however, by being honest and taking my real needs into consideration - He will now make a lifetime of sales with me!

Excellent service, and knowledgeable customers service. Going back...Update for awhile after wrote earlier they lost staffing and Omgosh the wait for service was long and I am disabled standing for a 20-30mins painful. All the chairs were being used.went back this month to pay my bill. Tues. 2/21/23 what surprise more staffing very concerned about me standing. They gave me one of their personal chairs . Met a couple of new staffers one of them was Gaby very friendly and excellent service. She said she looked forward to March when I come back to pay monthly bill. There was also a very nice young man who greeted me from the get go. Told me I was next. Wow what a change from the last few months!

Dylan & Topher were very kind & awesome! Dylan helped me out so much and was quick but on point with my service. I over heard Topher helping two customers who said they didn’t speak much English but he was very patient and broke everything down for them and made it an easy experience. Out of my 7 years with T-Mobile this was one of the easiest, fastest and best experience.

I've been with T-Mobile for over 4 years and really like their service and promos. I spoke with Lee at the store on SE 164th st. today and he and Diago were kind, patient and very helpful.

I would give 0 stars if I could, the staff should be trained to treat customers better. The girl working there insinuated I was lying after telling her that the prices there were ridiculous for 1 line, and told her I was paying less for 7 lines including new phones with another company. Not only that but went to other T-Mobile and they weren't this rude and the prices weren't as high as this one.

We went to this T-Mobile to cancel our plan and turn in our phone and we spoke to a lady by the name Lorena, she right away gave us an attitude and said that we can’t do anything you need to call customer service. We spent over an hour there going in and out trying to figure this out. We had customer service talk to her and let her know it’s fine to take the phone even if there is some sort of damage but she kept giving attitude to the representative and to us. She did not want to listen to the representative and kept saying my manager my manger. We then decided to leave that store and go to another one. We came to the other t mobile store they took care of everything, took the damaged phone, we paid our bill and we were out of there in 15 mins we had no issues here what’s so ever. Everyone was super polite and had no attitude at the other location. Management needs to see this and give her some proper customer service training immediately!!
