Even though we went into the store just before closing, the employees greeted us in a friendly manner and were more than happy to assist us. Sagey and Peyton waited on us, listened to the issue's that i was having and saw that i got the help that i needed to resolve the problems. They contacted customer care to confirm that everything would be processed to my expectations and even made a $1.00 payment on my account with their own personal money, to ensure activation. We walked out of there that evening, beyond pleased with what a positive experience it had been, raving about the quality of customer service that we had received, satisfied that all of our issues had been resolved on site. I cannot recommend them enough. This was customer service at it's finest and a thoroughly enjoyable experience!

After a rough experience with T-Mobile customer service the associates at this store were awesome and helped solve my issue. Corporate should promote them into leadership roles since they actually seem to care about the customer's experience.

This is the WORST experience I've had in my life. The manager used me and my family for profit - I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, they promised to make a payment for my old phones. We received a Verizon bill for~ $4000 which I am required to pay. Unfortunately, they go back on their words and do not want to do the escalation.I don’t know what to do… The manager Adam quit the store altogether. Please think carefully before changing the operator and going to this store, there are people working there who are looking for their own profit, deceiving and lying to you.

The workers are nice people, but just beyond horrible at their jobs. So mind-boggling incompetent that it could almost be seen as a talent. My family and I spent a total of 6 hours in that store battling with incorrect charges additional lines being added, only to have to spend extra hours on the phone with customer service support. I’d recommend Cricket or Verizon if you value your sanity (I’ve purchased houses, apartments and cars in less time than to get stupid service on a cell phone). We are currently still on the phone with customer service and will most likely be dropping t -mobile. And if for some reason you do choose T-mobile and choose to go to this store, for the love of God don’t let a man named Patten help you or touch your phone!!

If you want to get screamed at then by all means go into that store. I’m unsure how a business can run with those types of employees working there.I have contacted customer service and I’m waiting to hear from the district and regional manager along with corporate about this unacceptable behavior .

After calling around, looking for a specific model of phone to upgrade to, I was informed that this location had it in stock. Unfortunately after starting the process the staff member I was working with said they are a mistake and did not have the phone I had called about. So I had to decline making a purchase.

I have had two very good experiences with this store. The Manager and his employees are top-notch! They were patient with us, very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us fantastic deals on new equipment. I am very pleased with this store!

This store operated by Exclusive Wireless has serious business ethics issue. They trick you to sign up with low rate which you will later find out it is not true. Please be careful when you want to sign up the service with this store. BBB should investigate them.

I will give 0 if there is choice for it. We are very frustrating with this store and its manager Adam. We came to this store back in May to compare plans. Adam and his team quoted us $110 ($80 for Go5Gplus 55 plus two lines and $30 for home internet). This is why we switched our service. However, afterwards, our monthly bill has been $130 ($20 more three month now). 1st month, we went to the store, he said it should corrected by 2nd bill. 2nd month, we went to the store, he said it was normally taking two months to correct, rarely, it could take three billing cycle. We took his words. Now, third monthly bill is still wrong. We called T-mobile customer service, they said that they don't see the plan for $80 for Go5Gplus 55+. We had to work it through the store. We went to the store last Saturday afternoon. We specially asked for Adam as we have worked it with him on this issue last three months. The store clerk kept telling us that Adam is busy and can't talk to us. After two different tries (20+ minutes wait), Adam still wouldn't come out talking to us. It is very unprofessional how this store treated customers. We still have their quotation sheet for $110/monthly bill and Adam's handwriting that this issue would resolve during 2nd month bill. After I knocked the door (knock, not pound), Adam finally came out and wanted to call the police on me. I have been very patience to deal with their mistake for three months. We waited 20+ minutes in the store and he would not came out from the backroom to talk to us. He is very unprofessional, no customer orientation. We would like to talk to the area manager to share our nightmare experience with this store.

Do not trust. Not an honest staff. Switching over was the mistake of my life. Too much to go into detail. Just beware and be very intuitive of every decision you make to protect yourself. Ask as many questions and make sure everything is explained in detail!

I was extremely impressed with Meagans customer service. Not only did she help me figure out my phone plan she made me feel listened to and respected. I’ve had bad experiences with other T-Mobile locations but Meagan is exactly what a great employee looks like.

Not only did they refuse to give me service, they were very rude about it. I asked to look at my bill.--Do you have your customer ID?--Not with me.--Well, we can't do it without the ID number.- -You have my phone number.--For all we know you stole that phone.--Why would I want to know about my bill if I stole the phone?--Well, we can't do it, it's our policy.--I did it before at this store. Here, I'll show you. ---I don't care.--A lady here helped me, on March 20th, here, I'll show you.--I really don't care. All the girls that work here are here.--It was a woman that helped me, not a girl.(she stares at me)--I'll just go to the other location. They're more helpful.--Go ahead.I left out all the times she yelled Ma'am at me, before she refused me service. Yelling Ma'am is not polite. Saying, "I'm sorry, I don't know how." or "I'm sorry, I'm not allowed to do this, let me call a manager," is polite. Implying the customer is a thief and a liar is horrible.This is not the first time I've had horrible service at this location. Nevermore.

I came in and received Amazing customer service from start to finish from MR. Moon. He shared lots of information that we could understand and was very transparent, polite and extremely helpful. I will say I don’t like coming in to phone stores because service isn’t usually the best but Moon changed that and had made this an experience we were grateful for. Thank you moon!.
