Buying my phone was a very good experience. The person helping me explained everything clearly, listened patiently to my concerns, and made sure my new phone was set up just how I wanted it. Great customer service!

I've been happy with T-Mobile service but the network has become almost unusable in Vancouver WA. Dead spots in places where you'd expect service. I hate the idea of going back to Verizon but at least my phone worked most places

SCAM!! Got tricked into 2 year contract( yes yes I know I’m an idiot for trusting the lol) but anyways I came in and they told they have special promotion for costumer who are with T-Mobile 5+ years, promotion was add 2 more lines which would be extra 25$ a month and get 2 iPads for free no cost at all witch was a load of you know what. Now I’m stuck with 2 phone payments 3 phone line payments 2 iPad payments. I don’t know how I missed that but yeah stay away from T-Mobile, I came and tried to fix It and they told me the store that I had the transaction at closed and they can’t do anything about It. Can’t wait to Gtfo of that contract. And switching immediately as soon as It’s over. I’d rather over pay for another phone provider than stay with company that lies to you and that can do anything about It.if they did that to a 5+ year costumer imagine what they will do to you lol Stay away!! Don’t trust me look at all 1 start reviews and you will see bunch of people like me.

Went to get a replacement phone, got tricked into signing up for an entire new line for some watch I didn't really want as a temporary solution. Never was told the refund policy so my $5 replacement turned into a $350 mistake. Good salesperson in terms of getting their commission, Awful customer experience.

went in to get a new phone and was helped by parker and also one of the associate managers and both of them were super chill and helped me trade in my old phone and set up the new one! (they were cool enough to where i’m posting my first ever google review lol)

T mobile as a company is disappointing. But my roommate broke up with his ex and went in to transfer to his own plan. They did not tell him at the time of doing this that if he did so, he was going to be responsible for the remaining 900+ dollars due for the phone and the phone plan was like 150+ dollars for one line.I told him to switch to Xfinity with me. The service is better, as he learned on a couple of trips to the beach. And the customer service in store is better. And for two lines I pay 117. So he did. He went to the store to return the phone and pay the last bill. The reps charges him 178 for two weeks of services, which when we went back in they told him that they charge for a full month if you port a number, but not if you forfeit your number. They also told him it wouldn't let them take the phone and they had no idea why, to call customer service.So he did. And was then told they essentially extended a line of credit to him without actually telling him for the phone and it is now his. He has to completely pay it off and it will be locked from service until he does so. So he can't even try to sell it in order to pay it back.Super disappointed in you and your apparently either uninformed or predatory store reps T Mobile

Scam Warning, any phone purchased on a promotion is NOT A LEASE but an external line of credit you are liable for and you are UNABLE to turn in the phone.They say no contracts but thats exactly what they sign you up for, 2 year contracts.

My Internet kept disconnecting so I called T-Mobile. Between the wait to speak to a customer service rep and holding, I was on the phone for 3 hours. They couldn't fix the problem so they exchanged my Tower. The rep told me for my inconvenience she was going to send me a $200 gift/rebate card. I never received it so I called back. I received a call from a Manager (in California) that said he listened to the call and wanted to reach out to help. He said the $200 gift card was already expired when the rep offered it to me so he said he would take $50 off my bill for the next 4 months. Well, to my surprise the $50 that was promised was not reflected on my bill. I called twice today and was on hold for 45 minutes, I was then transferred to another department and had to explain myself all over again. I waited another 29 minutes for a Manager to pick up only to tell me he was busy and would call me back. My internet is not working on my phone nor is my Printer not connecting not to mention that the Internet keeps disconnecting. If you are considering T-Mobile for your Internet I would reconsider. I will be going back to Comcast. I was with Comcast for 8 years and never had a problem with my Internet. I would have given T-Mobile 0 stars but I had to put something in to write the review.

Worst service since merging Sprint. Progressively gets worse as the days go by. Tried to get my daughter a new phone yesterday. They weren't able to activate or get me the phone due to thier "Systems being down." I've been with Sprint for a decade+ , and once they took over, I've had nothing but grief. I've been patient and spent lumps sums of money with "T-Maybe". I do not recommend. Not your everyday run of the mill complaining customer.
