My mom went to order 2 sandwiches from this place and the employee only made 1 sandwich and ignored my mom everytime she tried to ask about the 2nd one, horrible service do better…

I usually like this Subway but I guess it is nay when the manager is working. Today I had to make my way through homeless inside the store to pick up my order. I walked up and the kid behind the counter seemed shook by all the homeless or he was just rude. It was so stressful I forgot my drinks. Once I got home none of the sandwiches I ordered were made right and hastily thrown together again probably all the homeless, there was a homeless girl that walked in before me to use the restroom while a homeless guy sitting at a table writing his “help me” cardboard sign yelled after her “don’t be smoking in there!” Both clearly not customers. There should be more than 1 person working if the employees are going to be so scared that they can’t ask them to leave so regular customers can come in and get what they order. It was so bad I didn’t even go back to get my drinks or get my sandwiches fixed they just went in the trash. The manager was great last time I went in but I probably won’t be going back any time soon after this. I also got the tuna with bacon which I get every time and the tuna tasted old and the bacon wasn’t cooked and the sandwich wasn’t toasted both of which I requested. I know this Subway has a bad reputation as the manager was talking about it last time I was there and how she is trying to turn it around so I really hoped to leave a better review today but I just can’t. If it were just the food being wrong I would’ve left a better review but this was too much.Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly! Packed with homeless inside and out just “hanging out”

James H. was the only employee working from 2:00- 2:10 pm 2/6/24 on my visit. He was so kind and worked very hard despite no help from other employees with a long line. Thanks James H for going above and beyond!

It was ridiculous we waiting for 25 minutes when we're there only people in restaurant and are told the toaster needs 5 minutes because it keeps over heating- a long standing problem they let us know. Not having a working toaster in a sandwich shop is like having a washer but not a dryer. Most patrons get toasted sandwiches and there are some women who can not have deli meat when pregnant like myself. It wasn't until about 20 minutes later that they suggested to microwave my meat. Because the new to be manager and employee we're talking all while I have a hungry and impatient toddler with me. In my opinion take the extra time to go to a different near by subway and save yourself the hassle. To the OWNERS upgrade your appliances to keep customers happy and keep retention or you will continue to lose business.

This has to be the most disappointing Subway. We showed up before 8 trying to get sandwiches and we were met with a note, "Be back in 5." After 15 minutes of waiting, we left and decided to go trick or treat and come back. Their posted hours said they closed at 10. We get here at 8:40 and as we walk up to the door, the employee ran to the door, slammed it shut and locked it as quickly as possible and turned around and walked away. Not a single word, no answer on the phone, no explanation. As far as I know they've just decided they were done for the night?

One person working seem to be having a bad day. Bread was undercooked and soggy . Missing some of the meatballs one sandwich. Forgot to toast my sandwich. And was 20 minutes late on my online order. Worst sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life which was super disappointing. Never had this happen before.

I ordered online and still waited 45min for it to be ready AFTER I got there. There were 2ppl there, but one (it looked like the manager) was just sitting down watching this young girl struggle. The line was nearly out the door before the manager started helping. :/

This was the best experience I have ever had at a subway, the young lady who made my sandwich I wish I knew her name did an absolutely wonderful job. She made me the best sandwich I've ever had at Subway. She was so kind and so helpful and just genuinely a wonderful person. Hopefully we will see her again. I tipped her $5 and I very rarely tip at a subway, great experience.

There was 1 girl working the counter and online orders. I couldn't figure out why she was making 2 sandwiches when I only ordered 1. ? She wasn't exactly friendly and sounded like a robot. I got one of the new sandwiches with double meat and double cheese. Ya, hardly! She put the normal 1 row of meat and cheese on it. No double anything!!! The sandwiche area was sloppy.....pieces of this and that in neighboring containers and crumbs everywhere. She didn't ask me about a combo or anything else.

It wasn’t the same chicken as before for the chicken bacon ranch it tasted off for sure I was super sad. But the girl working was nice and it was super empty only one couple in there.oh and they have the best cookies ever raspberry cheesecake are to die for (:
