I am considering purchasing a Fiat soon. I walked right in and asked a few questions that Troy seemed happy to answer. I will be taking my new ride for an inspection there. I'll write another review after that. I just wanted to share that Troy made me feel okay to ask questions up front. The shop dog however gave me quite a start. (I was assured that he was harmless)

Still stranded and very disappointed. Went in for a preventative maintenance and upkeep. The car had no major issues before entrusted to Stevens Auto. After their service, the car is in terrible shape. When I brought the car back I was told by Troy that he would need an additional $500 to fix these new issues that had not existed until they worked on it.Sincere disappointed and disheartened by this seemingly reputable business, which has cost me my livelihood.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mr. Stevens was very nice to me. My car was stalling and running rough. He put the car on a diagnostic and found the messed up spark plug right away. I have cancer and needed my car right away. He was very kind, and I'm glad I found this garage. He explained everything to me. Several times.
