Had an appointment for my pup this morning, got up, went in only to be told I didn’t! Then the receptionist talked down to me like I was a complete idiot about MY dog! Thanks! We will find a compassionate organization!

We like St. Francis. The staff is very empathetic in dealing with our Mixed Terrier Roscoe. A little temperamental, doesn’t like strangers touching him. But, with our assistance and their great bedside manner, Roscoe gets through his appointments. I don’t mind driving a little out of our way to take him there.

My wife and I took our senior dog in for her annual exam and vaccinations. Poor dog had an allergic reaction to the vaccines and went into anaphylactic shock as we were leaving the building. The vet team rushed her to the back and rendered life-saving treatment. This is the best veterinarian I’ve been to and the only place I’ll bring my pets. Compassionate, knowledgeable, and affordable. Thank you!

The doctor and staff were all wonderful. I had a more urgent situation so I called right at 8am and they put me on the walkin list. I was there for just over an hour. My only complaint is that it was so expensive.... :(

Extremely clean, welcoming and friendly environment. All staff including the doctors are professional and helpful. The prices are very fair for emergencies compared to other hospitals in the area. Everything was explained in full detail of what our girl needed done to help her with her emergency. Highly recommend St. Francis animal hospital!

Had to take my Kitty in on an emergency. They took great care of her and explained her after care clearly and concisely. They were friendly and welcoming to us and very warm to our 17 year old girl. If another emergency should arise we would not hesitate to take our girl to them again. Many thanks!

I needed special care for a neglected abandoned cat that had gone a bit wild so required sedation for exam. They were very kind and considerate and gentle with Tortie.
I now know she’s free from viruses and vaccinated so I won’t infect my indoor cat.
She lives in bathroom until rehomed but is now free from fleas & parasites and mats removed. Forever grateful to wonderful Dr. Cannon, who explained everything in detail, and the wonderful vet tech assistant.
Healing place for animals, friendly and efficient in diagnosis and treatment.
Worth paying a little extra for walk in to get it done earlier than an appointment!

We had an emergency where we needed to put our beloved cat down.
The St Francis staff were spectacular in assisting us when Other Pet Hospitals refused to without an appointment, and were honestly quite rude.
Thank you St Francis for your help, compassion and swiftness.
Appointment in an Emergency to stop an animal's unexpected suffering? Really? How is that possible?
Plan ahead when your pet is dying, and get an appointment weeks out.
.... or call the Team at St Francis in an Emergency, they are Awesome.

i brought my cat in for a wellness exam. it took 20 minutes from my appointment time to actually speak to a vet assistant, who left for 40 minutes only to come back and say they couldnt do anything that day due to him being spicy. (thats ok!! i understand about that !!) I did not appreciate having us sit and wait in an already stressful environment for my cat any longer than i needed to, and rather than just getting us out of there after determining they couldn’t do anything, I had to go out and ask to be checked out after nobody had come back to do so after ANOTHER 15 minutes. It took over an hour to tell me to come back next week. Not sure I’ll be returning since this has been my only experience with them.

St. Francis provided the most caring and attentive vet-visit that my cat has ever experienced. We didn't have an appointment, just showed up as walk-ins due to urgent concerns. They were busy and booked, yet still took the time to check-in with us and address our smaller needs and requests while we waited for an opening. St. Francis was not my cat's regular vet clinic, however, after such a great experience we will definitely be scheduling regular appointments with St. Francis instead. Dr. Graisy was incredibly patient and gentle with my timid and high-stress cat, and was able to easily and confidently examine her without causing additional stress. That is not the typical vet visit for us!
In the past at other clinics, techs and doctors would approach my cat quickly and aggressively, startling her and handling her roughly. Other clinics in town cultivated an experience for my cat that would leave her shaking, hissing, and hiding after a simple examination, causing anxiety for both of us when visiting. Dr. Graisy cultivated an experience for my cat that left her calm and curious.
St. Francis' entire team from doctors, techs, and receptionists were considerate and kind, and obviously dedicated to the care of our pets. We concluded our visit feeling more confident in my cat's health, our concerns were addressed with a plan in place in case her condition didn't improve, and feeling great that my cat wasn't stressed and scared. I could not have asked for a more positive experience.
