The concept is cool. I went in for a walk in and found someone was available by wondering the hallways. I've never been there before so it was confusing and the first person that I saw that was available pressured me to sit with them, and I did not have a great experience with them. I wish there was a main desk touch point to talk with first before just wandering halls like a college dorm.

I saw Lara about a week or so ago for a haircut and wow, what a great stylist. I love her energy, it's clear off the bat that she has a passion for what she does and making people look and feel good!
