We went to this store in hopes of getting my son's phone working again. It's an s10e Samsung. We bought it in 2019. Steam got into it because the camera protector broke few weeks before the phone finally went bad..
First day, they said they would call me back for an update. The diagnostics charge was $49. They were prompt about calling us back and that was good. I came back to pay an additional $100 for a replacement chip since they said it was the mother board that's gone bad. So I paid $161 total with tax. He told me they cannot guarantee the work and said just for recovering data on the phone. My goal was to save money and get the phone to work so we don't have to buy a new one for the meantime. After a few days Michael called and said he got the phone working again but he was reiterating that they don't know for sure how long it will work so the fix was like just for for data recovery. When we got to the store he told us they also removed the camera and one other little chip because it has gone bad. And he didn't tell me upfront about the camera going bad on the phone conversation before we got to the store. In my opinion not being upfront about another part gone bad is a little shady. At the store, he said it was another $100 to get the camera fixed and we have to wait for the part if we wanted to order it.. My son doesn't care about the camera feature so we just opted to get the phone and didn't bother to get the camera feature fixed. He said ok and there's one other part that wasn't working but he couldn't remember. So we thanked him and left the store.. The phone worked for at least 3 days and when my son plugged it for the night to get it charged for the next day his phone didn't turn on again. It was dead. My husband advised me not to call the cellphone repair store anymore because they cannot really fix serious problems like micro soldering or mother boards going bad. They probably can fix other phones if it was just changing broken screen but not the serious problems. So my advise is to assess your phone prior to going to any repair shop and attempting to get it fix becauseyou thoughtyou can save money. They were nice to talk to, I give them that hence the 2 stars but they failed to fix our phone.

Mike and his people at smartfix have helped me immensely I gave them an old pixel book that I love that was having problems and they fixed it perfectly and delivered it to my home I can't give a high enough review for the service I received from Mike.

Fixed our computer but big time holes in their customer service. Was quoted $50 to diagnose then they quoted a higher price to my wife…sexism? They quoted same day diagnosis to me, then didn’t do it and made us wait the entire weekend. They fixed it without calling or giving us the price! $200 is right on the edge of replacing a laptop, they need to do better. I emailed them this review and encouraged them to respond, but nothing. Make a different choice, probably some fake reviews here.ii

I needed to have the LCD screen fixed on my phone so that I could get the full trade-in value. They honored the price and they quoted (cheaper than even Batteries +). Once the parts were in, it took 45 minutes for them to do the repairs. There's a bar, a consignment shop, and other stores that I visited near their shop during the 45 minutes I waited. A good experience overall!

Great experience with this little store! Replaced my screen protector with a vinyl screen protector for only $20. You can tell that he really knows his stuff and is a great asset to those of us that need help with technology now and then! Recommend highly and will return when I have a problem to fix.

Went in to get a charge port replaced. They tested my I pad before just replacing it and turns out the motherboard was bad. Thank you guys for not just charging me for needles repairs. I'll definitely be coming back. Friendly and understanding stuff
