They claim to hold themselves to a higher standard but then take you over the coals. If you are ever a tiny bit hung over don't even try as it will result in a violation. Customer service is terrible. They don't even try to express empathy. They will not let me switch companies without my license being suspended and having to pay a removal fee. It's pretty much legal extortion.

Do not, under any circumstances, use this company. They have horrible customer service, they send you to appointments without contacting the company so you show up and the company has no recollection of your appointment. And then they refuse to give you a rebate because they tell you that you've missed your appointment when in fact the mistake is on their end. And there do not give good customer service by just giving you your $50 rebate.

This is a really cool place to install your ignition interlock if you have to do so so. The waiting room is comfortable with your own television with all cable channels, Keurig coffee and comfy chairs. There is little to no waiting and the technicians here are the best in the city. If you have a new car, Smart Start will automatically advise you go here rather than other locations. I have been to several smart start locations and this is the best so far. Very close runner up would be Kirkland location.
