Phenomenal customer service! Robert helped me decide on the perfect mattress for me, followed up with a phone call and delivery was just as promised. I got a good deal with a freebie and have been getting great sleep ever since.

I purchased a set from them a couple months ago and love it. However I noticed that underneath my box spring was broker. Not sure if it happened when the delivery guys set it up. I contacted Shane and he was very kind and professional. The manufacturer wasn’t responding in a timely manner so Shane replaced it and delivered the new one to my house. They take care of you! Thank you Shane!

We purchased a mattress here last year. As mattresses can change noticeably in comfort over a year, I waited to review. The couple who runs the two stores were very helpful and worked with our budget while also helping us procure a quality product. They were also very patient with our indicisiveness. We came in over two weeks, at least three times before finalizing our decision. We purchased a midline, hybrid, latex mattress with individually pocketed coils.
We have gone from a regular coil mattress to pure latex to this hybrid in an effort to find a good night's sleep as we get older. The pure latex was a marked jump in comfort from a coil mattress and we were happy with it for about nine of the twenty year "guarantee" before we began noticing issues with sinking that worsened over the next year. We chose not to repurchase at the Portland store we got that from as their answer to the issue was to offer ten percent off a new one with them, but we walked as the way we were treated left us unhappy. They make the mattresses themselves, so there is no company to lay the blame at.
We have been very happy with our treatment and the product from Sleep Bargains, in contrast. The hybrid design still has the benefit of not being disturbed when your partner tosses and turns. Our sleep is markedly better than sleeping on pure latex, and we love the side sleeper memory foam pillows as well. I use the "top" of the side sleeper pillow when on my back or stumach. Both of us are very happy with the customer service, as well as our mattress.
I did call around and shop around before we landed here. Their prices are very competitive. They are compassionate and genuinely care about helping you find what works for you. Unlike a corporation, it's not just about making numbers when you buy from a local owned business.
I highly recommend Sleep Bargains for all these reasons.

I had such a great experience buying such a beautiful mattress at this store. Bonnie Fraley helped me find the perfect bed that best fit my family's needs. She even helped me find some excellent pillows to go with my bed. Absolutely recommend!

This is the BEST place for your mattress needs. So far I have purchased 5 mattresses from them. Shane is awesome, very helpful, informative, and they have the best prices in town! Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back.

Robert was very helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and really insightful in helping us find new mattresses. He listened to our needs and concerns and directed us to appropriate options. He was never pushy, just a pleasure to work with. Our mattresses were delivered in the time frame that was committed and we are sleeping so much better. We are really happy with the Bedgear mattresses and Storm pillows!! We have not slept so good! Great job Robert and SleepBargains team!!

Robert Cannon was very helpful and definitely not a pushy salesperson. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We got an excellent deal on our mattress. We visited 5 other mattress dealers in the area, and they were either higher priced or didn't have what we wanted. If you need a new mattress, go see Robert. The only drawback...I didn't get a Serta sheep with my purchase. ?

Came in here for a new mattress and left fully informed and happy with a brand new mattress. Huge shout out to Robert Cannon for spending the time to help us and make the best decision. 10/10 for the customer service but 0/10 for the lack of the free Serta Sheep but I think I’ll get over it :)

Had the best experience here found a new bed for myself. Robert Cannon was very helpful, easy to talk to and outstanding communication skills, had all the information for each bed in the store and made sure comfort was the top priority as well as making sure I stayed with in my budget range.
