Convenience stores CAN be a little more expensive than other places but this store is the biggest rip off of them all. They get you in there because their regular gas price is actually reasonable. But anything other than that is completely unreasonable to buy from them. Every gas grade is a dollar more per grade leaving premium prices around $6.50 and up. Anything in the store is mad expensive. Small thing of creamer = $8.00, zyn pouches = 8 dollars. Don't even ask for prices on their beef jerky.. This has to be the most greedy owner in the world. Must think his station is made of gold. Wont get my business.. too bad because I live right behind it and would be coming here more often if it wasn't a scam..

I go here for regular gas, which is probably the cheapest price around..PERIOD. Beats Costco prices for Regular all the time. I also regularly go for car washes. Does a pretty good job of getting my truck clean. Occasional;ly there is a little water but it dries right away without leaving spots, because they don't use hard water in the wash. The owner happens to be very picky about this, as well as the foam and brushes. They don't scratch your paint. They do also give you a token for 10 MINUTES of free vacuuming. They sure din't give me that at Kaady. The employees are always friendly; I've never had a problem and have been going here for years.

You can tell the employees really love working here based on the way they treat customers. I avoid this gas station as much as possible. Every time I go here over the years to use the USPS services (again only as a last resort) the employees are extremely rude. They will not speak to you or acknowledge you in any way. The only way that I know that I can walk up to hand a package to them is because they have waved at me in a hand signal to come forth. They are extremely annoyed that you are there. If they're so much better than the customers maybe they shouldn't be working at a gas station. Don't bother asking a question because they will not respond to you.

False advertising, this gas station advertises a premium price of around $4.60 to 4.80, which is average, however when you get to the pump it's actually $6 to 7. I wish I had taken a picture for proof. They are counting on people not to notice. I was so shocked, but I was running on empty, so I put in one gallon and then left for another gas station. I will never be back here.

Hello,Both my husband and I get our cars washed at the flashwash on 164th in Vancouver Wa. at least 3 times a month 4 in the summer. We even had the monthly package for a while. We liked your car wash because it would get my SUV and my husbands truck very clean. The last few times I’ve been the cars have not been getting clean. They are not getting dried either.I let the guy know and he said “they are pushing the cars through faster now for summer to get more cars washed” he said “let me see what I can do” A girl came out and I let her know that my car was still wet and still dirty. I tried to show her, she would not look, she just stood back then she ask which wash I paid for, I told her the 10$ wash. She said “Then you need to pay for a better car wash” I said, you are saying the 10$ wash does not actually clean or dry the cars all the way. She said “NO” you just need to pay for a better car wash. I asked if she would let me go back through, she said “Absolutely Not” I said then why would I come back here. She said “I don’t care if you come back” I said do you understand that means you’re loosing 2 regular customers because my husband is behind me. Then my husband came out got out and looked at his truck and realized the same thing. She began talking to him. I left, he continued to talked to her and she told him he could go back through.He waited in line behind several cars and when he came up to his turn she asked him which wash was he’d be paying for. He said didn’t you just say I could go back through? She smiled and said yes and now I’m charging you with a big smile on her face. There was another girl waiting on the customers the PIC came out just to wait on my husband. This was very rude and mean, and he left.This whole experience was very unprofessional and you have lost 2 customers because your Person In Charge does not know how to communicate with costumers. This means because of your PIC the gas station has also lost 2 regular customers. I will let the manger over there know also. I hope you are able to get some customer service training for your PIC then other customers won’t leave because of her, for your sake and the gas stations.Money you are loosing: 80.00 a month for washes, plus another 15.00 for vacuuming etc and the gas station is loosing 644.00 a month in gas from us. We both work full time and drive far so we fill up often.Lisa

Reviews are complaining about gas prices, but my issue is beer pricing. I got a can of Boneyard up to the counter and expected to hear the typical 4ish dollars it is everywhere else. 6 dollars. $6 for a beer!? All of their pricing is out of whack. Last time I'll be spending money here.

Fleet vehicles cards do not work even though they are supposed to and it has not been fixed even thought it’s been several months.

The price gouging at this location is completely unacceptable. I went to buy an 8.4 ounce Red Bull and was told that the cost was $4.34 which is almost double. I will not be back at this location.

this is not the cheapest place in town. i mean rockstars are 2 for 7 dollars. etc
