“I went into the shop wanting to try on a certain brand of shoe I had heard people rave about. I was helped by Jason. I told him what was going on with my feet and the type of arch support I was looking for. He was VERY kind and VERY patient with me. He not only brought out multiple pairs for me to try on, but asked if he could make some suggestions of another brand. I am SO happy he did- the shoes he recommended were PERFECT! “I have had unpleasant visits to previous Red Wing stores (in California), so I am very standoffish when going in for a visit. This store was a 360 degree turn around. I was treated like I was the most important customer they had. Mind you I was the only one. The sales person was great at suggesting different products as well as listening to my needs. “The store was neat and tidy. They have a nice selection. The employees were very helpful. I needed to get some shoes from a top shelf and was able to get help immediately. When the style I was looking for was unavailable in my size, they offered to order my size for me. I needed the very last pair, and the associate, Faith, was unable to order it for the store, but was able to help me order it myself. She ended up having to plug in the information into my phone when I was unable to work their website. Faith went way above and beyond to help me find the exact shoe and size I was looking for. I am so incredibly grateful for the awesome service I received!”
