Hello shipper's and THOSE wanting secured shipment and mailboxes !!!! they've got twenty four seven surveillance cameras for your shipping of packages and for sure for sure secure mail box !!!! The Way things are anymore getting A honest place OF business like ship shop IS a very super duper wise thing for you to consider they've got the neatness pictures and jewelry and everyone that works there have always been very polite and professional so I say get your shipping and mailboxes at ship shop where they Will be securely held for you !!!! and I promise you will sleep better knowing things are super secure at ship shop YES you will okay yup bye ??

I just started renting a mailbox at Ship Shop and my experience has been great. Friendly customer service and great prices. Brie answered all my questions over the phone and was kind enough to mention that they offer the 13th month free if I pay for the whole year which I wanted anyways. Jess and the manager helped me in person. Super personable and friendly. I'm looking forward to getting my mail here! I like mom and pop shops.

I have a little business and need to ship on the daily. I am so grateful for Ship Shop. I’m able to drop off my usps, FedEx and UPS packages all in one stop. I used to have my PO Box at the post office but switched it to ship shop for a better price.
I would ignore the negative reviews from years ago, the owners obviously listened and made appropriate changes. The current staff is professional, helpful and warm; they’re my girls! Thank you for making life a little less stressful for me.

This store deserves much more stars than 5. Liz was absolutely amazing. She was patient and explained the return policy of Amazon. My internet was slow but assured me that it was alright. She was accommodating as well as friendly. She made my day being helpful and positive

What I love about this place is I can drop off packages for both UPS and FedEx. Nice folks,too. If I lived in the local area I would keep my mailbox here.

I don't post reviews. I have to say this place has really gone down hill. I had a mailbox here for 4 years around 10 years back and had a great experience with them. So as a repeat customer I was expecting the same stellar service. Instead it is subpar. The staff are hard working but confrontational when any issues arise that need a softer touch. Instead it is so bad that even though I paid a year in advance I decided to never have anything sent there and to get another mailbox. The staff that I dealt with were rude, abrasive and inept. Especially, the girl who set up my account. SHE DIDN'T CARE to even have my appropriate address or to tell me that I couldn't cancel the year membership if I switched from monthly to yearly, or any of the extra costs. When I dealt with her my last visit there, I decided to end my membership because she couldn't answer basic questions that other places could and just would say "I don't know". She just does the bare minimum and can NOT BE TRUSTED with my mail and deliveries. The person who works on Saturdays is very hard working and treats people with respect. It took me three visits and several different staff to get everything set up that the owner had set up for me the first time I used this service. It wasted a lot of my time and definitely my money. They have kept a year's worth of service that I cancelled in two months time. Remember that I had been with them 4 years 10 years back. It is that bad! They have a real training issue so the staff don't have answers to questions and they don't set up your account correctly. They don't ask questions as to all the options you need and they don't tell you about any non refundable issues. When I called to cancel, 2 months in and found there was no refund available. I let the person know that I had not been told that upfront and she became very defensive and confrontational and blamed me for not educating myself. She said, I should have contacted them the day I set it up my year account instead of monthly, to cancel my option and then she began to argue with me about how basically I didn't do a good job learning what I could and couldn't get back and that all other places were the same as there's. All I was saying was I wasn't told this by the man who set up my account and didn't have time to read the contract and cancel or change it to monthly that day. All of this was very unnecessary to add to the financial loss but it is par for the course as to why I would never use this place again. Terrible training of staff, rude staff, defensive staff and very poor customer service. It's one thing to keep the money and be respectful that I wasn't told upfront and apologize for that. It's another thing to go on and on arguing and berating someone for not having time to change it the day of. So then I asked her to not continue in a year my service and to please send me an email stating she had cancelled my service, because I DO NOT TRUST that a staff member won't automatically renew my box and charge me hundreds more for another year. She told me "she doesn't do that".So here I am to write a review to document in case this place decides to try to charge my box again next May 2024 for another year, even after today via the phone I CANCELLED MY BOX WITH THEM.

I used to come in here Quite frequently, When I ran a online business. The customer service was not great, Until they became more familiar with me coming in on the regular. There are two employees that come to mind. BUT today, I Was in a rush and had forgotten to grab a lint roller nextdoor at the Dollarstore before work! Tape...AHA. Shipshop! And with the intent to buy a whole role of tape which was unnecessary, The kind courteous Gal working At the counter who His service before was SO courteous and kind to lend to borrow a lint roller. Human decency! Prices are high, yes. But they too. Need? To make profit. And your packages will never be lost with shipshape. Anon
