I’ve been renting space for a couple years now… for the most part all has been great personally. I have noticed several times coming into my unit building that the front area seems to have others garbage / debris .. as if customers don’t want to pick up after themselves ( unfortunately).No fault of the employee/ owner I’m guessing. I also tend to come in at off hrs so I’m sure the messes are cleaned up promptly by staff upon arrival and noticing !RH

Shield Storage a very clean organized facility to store your belongings. My visit was very swift and straight forward. Brian made me very comfortable with the professionalism of his customer service and mannerism. I highly recommend this location, the prices are reasonable as well.

Bryan at the front desk was extremely helpful. I had purchased a foldable dolly, but the wheels were not attached. I had no tools with me. He found the right size tools and let me borrow them so I could attach the wheels and use it today. He was a lifesaver.

These people have bent over backwards to accommodate us (and others we’ve seen)—keeping things going smoothly even in the midst of transitions and staff turnover. Everything was secure, clean, and climate controlled (especially through a heat wave!)Thank you

No carts so I have to lug my belongings to and from my vehicle and locker. They can't seem to keep their gate working properly, severely limiting access to the units and they raise your rent with NO NOTIFICATION!Actively searching for a new storage facility

Housing criminal activity perhaps, IDK? This was a clean and safe place. I needed to come back late at night, and this party was still there with debris as from the phototill late in the night, perhaps living on-site at night; I left at 10:45? The drain has paper with feces hanging on the grill.Also in the photos is trash from two weeks prior, and it's still there but more , and blows into to outside units.I asked management for help to resolve this, but unprofessional words need not be repeated.Please clean and please provide customers a safe environment.

They have no camera type security in a building that my friend rents a small room. The humidity is so high that her clothes feel damp after being there only two weeks.

Great location, secure storage and friendly, helpful staff. I had need of a storage unit when my family relocated to Vancouver, WA. After researching the self-storage companies in the area, I chose to use Shield Storage. The office was clean and the employees were helpful and friendly, The price for a climate controlled interior unit was less than the price of other outdoor units. Not to mention the access times and security features fit my needs.If you're looking for a storage unit, I can't recommend Shield Storage of Vancouver enough.
