Went to get paint and brushes the other day. Had a very helpful guy help me out, Bill or Will, had a funny stache. Anyway, got our kitchen painted and looks great. Thanks Sherwin Williams!

Firstly, it's a good product. Secondly, paint is all they do so you won't be running up and down long isles looking for someone to help you...someone who you hope knows about paint. They also have a great color selection and they have beautifully put together color collections if you haven't a clue where to start.

We are senior citizens in our 60's , went to the store in hazeldale. To buy some paint again for our home and office, And to return an item for mold and mildewremoval. I realized we did not have a receipt, but figured they could look it upby our phone number. they could not find it,which was odd. Then A big aggresive man who worked there came out of the back office and went to the cash register, Put in both our phone numbers and he said he could not find proof of purchase, in anger.So he betrated us, And accuses us of potential fraud, he was screamingyelling and moving his body laugage as to be a threat to us , saying and pointing at the front counter sign, "that if we read the front of the counter we would knowthe policy for returns" to have a receipt, and that he can tell by looking at myhusband that he doesn't like to follow rules, and he must be MAGGA Trumpsupporters,.and the we should jump into our Trump car with the Trumpbumper sticker and leave.Needless to say I said BAD customer service and left., The whole situationwas very upsetting., uncalled for. And we will never go there again.

Went in this morning and spoke to Will at the counter. Apparently because I wanted to color match a Sherwin Williams paint sold ten years earlier he was completely dismissive of me I guess because I just wanted enough for touch ups. He made it seem that I had such nerve to try to color match something that old! Why would 10 year old paint with their label be so difficult? “It probably won’t match” “Thats $46 for a minimum of a gallon and that’s a discount.” I went to Home Depot, they had a perfect match in 10 minutes. Less than 1/6 the cost for the amount I needed. Applied the paint, let it dry, looks perfect. Sherwin Williams can kiss my behind. “Cover The World” in paint? How toxic is that slogan?
