Where do I begin, there's no prices on anything in the store. So I believe they totally make it up at the register. I just got charged $7 for milk... The guy didn't even tell me my price he just sat there and stared at me until I asked him how much it even was. Bizarre
The customer service, just straight up doesn't exist. And they have people in the parking lot constantly doing drugs, hitting meth pipes in their cars being absolute tweakers. Disgusting store all around. Which sucks because it's right up the street from my house.

Save your time and money, and don't stop here, just go to "711" down the street, I stoped for a water and a little pack of doughnuts and it cost me 9 dollers, ?

Manager is an a..hole who is harassing costumers for no reason. I’ve bought some snacks there to eat in my car at empty parking lot and been asked to leave after 5 minutes.

Only gave a 1star rating bcuz I had to in order to write a review.maybe the price gouging wouldn't be so bad if the costumer service wasn't so awful while certain people are working. One woman in particular (purple hair)has been over the top rude towards me every time I've shopped there& it's always been totally uncalled for. The LAST time I was there she even accused me of shoplifting & continued being short with me after I offered to empty my pockets. If she'd been watching me closely enough to accuse me of stealing she'd KNOW I didn't take anything.apparently she's the owner's daughter, so I guess it's ok for her to treat customers badly. Even a former employee said it was a nightmare working for her. If you wish to be treated like a human being then I suggest you take your business elsewhere. And I don't know why they bother posting response to reviews yet never do anything about the issues.

My whole family stopped buying gas here after an incident a few years ago when an employee with purple hair yelled at me for forgetting my wallet at home. Idk if she was having a bad day but I went up to buy some snacks and I was heavily pregnant. I quietly said "oh no where's my wallet" and the woman behind the counter YELLS at me "I DONT KNOW!!".... like... OKAY I was thinking out loud, I was not asking her. I came back with my wallet and she was still angry for whatever reason. None of us have ever been back since. I was a regular customer and the man who was working here (maybe the owner/manager)was always very nice friendly and always remembered me, however because of this woman I stopped coming back entirely. We've lived in the area for over 20 years and we stopped shopping here because of this incident.

The short, blond rat-looking broad you have on the register has a bad attitude and a big mouth. I live right behind the station and come in quite frequently to purchase cigarettes. I asked for light 100s and a box of regular vape. I received a box of menthol vape, and your cashier (who I would guess has wax in her ears) acted extremely put out to have to exchange it. Immediately upon leaving I discovered she had also given me the wrong cigarettes, and upon asking for the correct ones she actually flew off the handle saying how she had "showed them to me twice" (she didn't even show them to me once actually).You should probably consider doing her a favor and canning her, as she obviously hates her job and completely lacks the aptitude to perform it correctly.

Today at this location:Shell gas station4911 NE 112th AVEVancouver, WA. 98682at 7:30 am the owner / supervisor of this shell gas station and grocery store was rude and very cheap person who was too cheap to refund the money for using the Air for my tires she demonstrated the rudest and trashiest customer service to me and despite the fact that I always get gas at this location. But never again. I am not mad at the Air machine but how she / owner or supervisor handled the problem of resolving the issue!

We went in this mart to purchase some junk foodMy husband asked to use the restroomWith a attitude the clerk she told him those restroom are for customer only well he told her I am a customer she smarted off to him made a rude comment finally open it up for him But there was no reason to for her to be like thatI know there a homeless camp behind this store but my husband didn't look like homeless personI dont think they're care how they treat there customer we sure won't be going back there

I stopped in to grab something to drink and use the restroom. Upon entering the door I asked the clerk if there was a restroom available. He immediately had an attitude and told me restrooms are for customers only. Who makes a purchase at a convenience store and then take their items into the restroom? Completely rude and disrespectful. Thanks for not helping a delivery guy that drives 8hrs/day. Stop being rude.

$8.75 for x3 four locos and one of them exploded while I was on my way out and she would not let me exchange the one for a new one and i am very disappointed been going here for a long time

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHELL! My fiancé & I live right down the road from here, & almost everything we have purchased ended up being expired! We had whipped cream that was almost two months expired, which I didn’t realize until I dispensed it when I got home. Ew! Then we get the flu & just bought Robitussin that is a month expired. This is not acceptable, you can hurt someone, besides the fact this is practically robbery. Most of the employees are really nice but must have some slacking or cheap owners who would rather sell expired products (food & medicine for crying out loud) then actually serve their customers right. Where can I report them? I feel like this could turn into a health issue
