DO NOT GO HERE ! They have no bathroom unless it’s for workers! and if you buy 20 dollars worth of stuff they charge you 40 and hold the other half for 8 days! Who tf wants to pay double and get their money back later!?? it’s 2023 and shell is the only gas station who needs to hold money for 8 days to verify payment what a joke just let shell go out of business ,prices suck too literally no reason to ever visit a shell

Returning a rental car, Toyota Camry, I used to get to work and back home and needed to replace the fuel used. I drove no more than 45 miles for the whole day I had the car while mine was in the shop. I checked the fuel Guage and it was just over 1/2 of a tank and I needed to get it to a little under 3/4 tank. I needed about 1/8th tank of gas. I put in 2 gallons of gas and the fuel needle didn’t move at all when I restarted the car. I let it sit, drove it around the parking lot and no change. Went inside to be not acknowledged by 3 employees with no other customers in the store. It was for only a minute or so but felt like longer since I was trying to drop off the car, get to the shop, pick up my car and get to work. When I told them the issue I was treated like I am stupid and don't know how cars and gas gauges work. They said that it is common for the gas gauge needle not to move when gas is put in the tank. Got the number for corporate and was told by another male employee that the gas Guage needle doesn't move and a bunch of other talking to me like I am a dumb woman. Never did anyone say they would check the pump out to see if it was working properly or try to figure out why this issue happened. It sure sounded like they didn't want me to call the state weights and measures division to have the station checked. It's not so much the pump may have malfunctioned it's no one was willing to even check the machine and just treated me like I haven't been driving for 30 years and know how cars work. Went to the mobile station down the road put 2 gallons of gas in and the needle moved from the position it started at this morning before Shell station and was still at after shell station to a little more than whe. I picked up the rental car yesterday. Grandpa always told me to avoid Shell gas. Guess 40 years later it's still true.

I went in there to buy a drink and possibly a piece of candy and I really had to use the bathroom cuz I had to pee really bad. They told me the bathroom was no longer in use. So they tell me I could go ahead and pee on the side of the building. I'm not homeless

The main manager always has a horrible attitude and treats workers horrible no wonder they always have a hiring sign up!

The manager of this store is an example of great character. In my opinion one of the few left in today's extremely messed up world . The assistant manager, not so much.

Decent gas station, but the Kwik Mart is lacking. It smells unpleasant inside, and the shelves aren't stocked. The person behind the counter wasn't very friendly either. The gas pump worked fine during our visit, and receipt printed no problem; however, we don't frequent this gas station, so other reviews may be more relevant. This is located in high traffic area by the Vancouver Auto Mall. I'm not sure we'll be back here as there are plenty of other gas stations available nearby.

This is a gas station to beware of. Allen is hands down the worst customer service employee I have ever seen. THE WORST. Allen was awful. Hung up on me when I asked for managers name and told me not to come back to the store. Continued to argue with me during his shift in front of customers. This wasn’t my first bad experience with him, but this time was not okay. I will take this to corporation as well as my witness with me. STAY CLEAR OF ALLEN. Just want to clarify the staff at this shell is AMAZING. They are all wonderful, hard- working and kind. Allen is absolutely the worst employee I have ever witnessed in my life.

There is a bigger female that has glasses that works at this location that isn't even close to friendly I've been going to this shell station for almost seven months now and maybe one out of ten visits she is nice to me. I don't steal or do anything shady at all and she never fails to be rude to me. I don't recommend this gas station to anyone ever just because of her...

I was refused service on 2/19/2021 at approx 11pm. The cashier was extremely rude and refused to allow me to enter in my rewards card and refused to void my transaction. He taunted me and made fun of me for parking in the wrong area to a customer and then wrote down my vehicle information. Freaking creepy. He kept demanding I follow the prompts to enter my debit card pin without allowing me to enter my rewards. Be then said "it was declined anyway" making fun of me for my card declining even though the only reason why it declined was because I didn't enter my pin and left. Would never ever ever come here again. Seriously. I believe this guys name was Sean or something like that. Middle aged 40-50s short grey hair and wears glasses. Was extremely rude and borderline abusive mocking behavior. It made me literally sick that somebody would treat another person this way for no reason. I said "what kind of customer service is that??" If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm going to call customer support and the manager first thing in the morning. I literally can't believe that this actually happened. I'm so disgusted.
