Went to do my 2020 and 2021 taxes one for personal and business, the other year ONLY for business and I told them on the spot I did my personal already with another company. They came out just for me to see both business and personal and got charged for both when I told them I only wanted my business ones filed, not sure what they did after but I was told they removed the personal ones but the price difference was the same? I don’t care about the money but just do your job correct and listen to your customers don’t rush just to get another customer through the door. Come here if you guys want to get scammed basically. I called the IRS and told them what was happening and they said they corrected my taxes, they were filed wrong and now I owe the IRS $600 for a mistake these people didWish I could give 0 stars if possiblePara los Que no hablen inglés, vayan hacer sus taxes a otro lado por que la mera verdad está gente solo quieren su dinero y no les importa que sus taxes salgan bien echos. Ellos me hicieron mis taxes y según el IRS me tenía que regresar dinero y ahora sale que les debo $600? No se que tipo de estafa estén haciendo estos.Si le an salido bien a ustedes pues que bueno

Honest, capable, tells you just the way it is. Open all year long. The office is ran well. The manager is available 24/7 to help or handle anything.Absolutely knew what was the situation. Really explains things well and has helped my family with every issue we have ever had since we met him in 2005 he did our home loan, then modified. Principle reductionIncredible, Amazing, his reputation alone does not cover it. Just a honest man.

Unfortunately the EMPLOYEES are very rude and despotic after making me wait for 4 days they tell me that I can take my business somewhere else arguing that the owner is not here and that they can help me until next week...
Keith has helped me with my declaration for the past 8 years and so far his service was EXCELLENT Unfortunately this year I sent my documents on Monday and the person who assisted me confirmed that my documents were ready and that they were going to call me the next day I understand that they are squatted, I decided to wait until Thursday and after 4 days they tell me that I have to wait another week that the owner is not here and if I don't think so I will take my business somewhere else and when I ask the person for his name He said that on the phone, the phone just hung up on me...
THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE THEY HAVE NO RESPECT

I don't recommend it, it's very expensive and then it takes a long time and it almost takes months for your money to arrive and they make everything wrong. I won't go there again and I don't recommend it. It's a terrible cervisio.

At first I was skeptical about going here.(turns out I was right) the whole process went fairly with it being very busy , but I been waiting since February to get my refund for my taxes but I was never told nor told in advance that they don't have e-file, just mail in ,which if they would of told me I for sure wouldn't have did it there. I did call them a few times to ask what's going on but never got a straight answer from them , the lady on the phone was very moody when I asked questions about my refund. She kept on telling me the same thing. I called a few more time over a period of weeks and got the same answer , we will call you back and I never received a call back. I had to go in there to see what was going to get it resolved. Overall just a hassle ?

These people are super unprofessional! Been trying to get in touch about my parent in laws 2020 taxes. Finally get ahold of someone and the person on the phone was super rude. Well never have service here again.
