We stopped in earlier and I'm so happy we did. The shop is a cool 2 story spot with tons of great finds! It sucks that I couldn't grab everything I wanted because I'm actually from Las Vegas and flying back. I'm in town I would definitely stop by again. The employees that were so friendly and everything was very clean

Parking is nearly non existent here. They have what appears to be a small lot, which is always full of cars. Street parking is permit only for blocks around the store. Your only shot is to park a bit further away across from the homeless encampment, endure harrassment, and hope for no vandalism to occur to your vehicle while you shop.

I would come here anytime I'm in the Vancouver area. Many reasonable prices here. I really wish they had a public bathroom. Also, I don't think there's a coffee shop here anymore. I've never seen one in the times I've been here and I've been on both levels.

This is the favorite local thrift store of myself and all the friends I've told about it. It's currently open Monday-Saturday, with a different special each day, in addition to a discount color tag. We often drop off donations around the corner at Open House Ministries on our way, as they first give donations to the families living at the shelter. The coffee shop part hasn't reopened since Covid shut it down. They're currently building a new apartment building across the street for families transitioning from homelessness, and the thrift store and bicycle repair shop (currently next door, and also providing job training for shelter residents) will move to the ground floor, presumably sometime early in 2024. Mayhaps the coffee will return...

After stopping at Goodwill which is ridiculously expensive for what it is, I went to Second Hand Solutions. What a nice surprise. Every person working there was friendly, helpful and fun. The bonus for today was that every last Friday of the month, everything in the store is 50% off. I came home with exactly what I had wanted at Good will for 1/6 of the price. I'll definitely come back here. (To the person that posted the 1 star review years ago, just ignore that. What a hateful post. It in no way reflects this shop. Also I did not see or smell any coffee but they did have donut holes out for customers to snack on)

I was here a few years ago to check this place out. They have a wonderful ministry and are definitely doing God's work by helping out the needy in the surrounding community. Since I am not currently tithing, I will be making a large donation very soon so that the money I would make will go instead to people needing help!

The people are kind, the prices are great. The merchandise is nice. The store is clean and organized. They won't let you use the restroom so just be aware.

We are not church people, but that's not what they are about. Solutions is for people who are in need. The bike store next door is amazing also.

A neatly organized, but seemingly normal thrift store - until you go upstairs and realize you're in an old hotel picking secondhand clothes that have been thoroughly washed and categorized on racks. There is a beautiful logic to the displays and designs, and the prices are fair to excellent... This thrift store is what Goodwill used to be, and what other thrift stores aspire to be when they grow up. And sadly, this location will be no more when the city knocks down the building sometime next year. Get here and see it while you can!

Here during business hours (Friday at 11AM), and they're closed. Employee inside yelled, "We're closed!" when I tried to open door. No note saying come back later or anything. Disappointing.
