I returned my U-Haul to this location. Imogene was super helpful, even let me go out and add gas to the tank so I wouldn't get the penalty. She went out of her way to help me with some other return tidbits as well. Very customer friendly and efficient! Thanks!

Initially very responsive. All people who work here are very friendly. However it comes across as nobody really knows what's going on. Every time I showed up at desk the employees were just chattering away on the phone. They engaged with the customer while still on the phone. I'm sad bc I had used this place before and they were very good.
