Horrible customer service!! Absolutely horrible! The store is always messy and all the employees are either really rude or have no personality and look like they want to off themselves or something. And then it is always a fun time when they think someone is shoplifting when they aren't because they want to profile people. But the people who actually do shoplift they do absolutely nothing about! It's ridiculous!

NEAT STORE SENIOR DISCOUNT TUESDAYS !!!! HOW COOL IS THAT AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE NEATEST STUFF YOU'LL NOT FIND EVERYWHERE AND NAME BRAND NOT SURE HOW IT'S SO MUCH CHEAPER BUT I'VE TOOK TIME TO GO TO LOCAL MALL AND COMPARE QUALITY AND QUESS SHOPPER'S I CAN NOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE SO I GO TO ROSS DRESS FOR LESS AND IF THEY DON'T GOT IT THERE TRY THE OTHER GO SAVE KIDS AND WEAR NEAT STUFF OKAY YUP BYE ☺️

I came in to get some black pants for a new job. The store was clean. They had what I came for, plus some. The employees were friendly. I came near closing time and I was able to use the fitting rooms, which I can't say for a lot of places. This Ross allows you to try on the clothes right up until closing time. I'll definitely be back!

Avoid this location if you need to return an item. The manager “Jennifer” refused to accept a return for an item which I purchased just 3 days before. I had the receipt and the card I paid with. She wouldn’t accept return because the tag was missing, she has a power trip and makes her own rules. I went to another Ross location and they happily accepted it. They were surprised that the other location didn’t accept it since I had the receipt. Not sure what’s wrong with Jennifer, she has no respect and 0 customer service.

I love coming here every week because they usually have new things, and it's awesome when you find something super cool. I usually look at the toys and their shirts for men. It's the best price for nice cool clothing. 10/10 would recommend stopping by.

Employees ignored me while I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to be helped and they stood there and talked to each other. I finally spoke up and asked to be helped and they rolled their eyes at me.
I understand customer service is a difficult job (I worked in it for 6 years and still work with the public) but there was no need to ignore me for 10 minutes while talking to your coworker.

Genuinely disappointed. I'm at this location at least weekly and they have great selection and usually great employees and staff. I went in as usual today, waved to the usual friendly folks and security, and then was confronted by a 'manager' or similar who told me rudely that I had to remove my medical face mask... So I left. During the second biggest surge of Covid since the pandemic... Had to call corporate to complain, and they verified FACE MASKS ARE ALLOWED IN ALL ROSS LOCATIONS NATION-WIDE. PERIOD. Call corporate to complain if they pull this stunt with you.
