I can't say it was the most unpleasant experience, but that is only because of Valerie. She was friendly and professional. Definitely the person who puts you at ease when you walk into a place being sick, despite all the grumpy people she must deal with.NP VOIGHT- She is just... let me put it this way. If you told me she was the cleaning person just wearing a doc's badge I'd believe it. She spent about 3 minutes with me. Before I could explain what was happening she said "well your ekg looks promising." Didn't say why, or what it showed. What medical professional does that? She also slouched back in the chair like she wasn't taking anything seriously.I mentioned a headache, she cut me off and said, "we don't have the equipment here to do cat scans. I suggest going to the ER."I mean that was true, but for all she knew I just needed an advil.I proceeded to tell her about the cough I had for two months. Seemed pretty important hence the last 3 yrs. She cut me off and said, they can check all of that at ER.I looked at her disappointingly. She then said. "Well let me check your breathing." Checked it, fine. As I was leaving she says, "Sorry!"Oh, forgot to mention when I got to the ER my bp was 171/86. It's 5 mins away from Rose. She didn't even mention my bp was high. I seriously doubt it spiked from 120 to 171 within a 5 min drive. It's not LA traffic.I wasn't going to call her out but because of my BP and her lack of care could result in someone else dying because she can't be bothered, I am. It was 20 minutes before closing when she got to me she was rushing me out. I see a medical malpractice lawsuit in their future.The owner needs to read the reviews and act accordingly.

I love Dr. Roger. He's the best I've ever had. He is very good and he cares about people as if they were his family. He's kind and considerate of his patiences very thorough

I waited to see what I thought was going to be a doctor and in reality NP Roger Cutino was who I saw. He was an hour late. He saw me for maybe 5 minutes and I was out the door with a prescription for a nasal spray. This was meant to address what he said was a swelling in my ear (allergies maybe???). I don't have any known allergies and the nasal spray did little to nothing to combat my condition, which seemed to have more to do with my stomach and my respiratory system. When I followed up with a question I was told I could come back in for further evaluation.

Great clinic and great doctors, nurses, and receptionists. Took me as a patient right away. They always do their best to provide care on time, spoke Spanish if needed too.

Horrible!!! Rose Urgent Care and family Practice is the sketchiest place. The front desk are incompetent and dishonest. I needed a refil on a blood pressure medication, I was mentally and physically exhausted so I asked if there was a way I could do the appt via online portal, they said they had nothing like that available to me. I go, Dr. Cutino asked why I was there, he could’ve refilled it over the phone. The front office manager, had lied to the Dr. and said I cancelled the appointment. ????? Not ok

It was nice and quick check in, I didn't had to wait long to be called. The visit was professionally done, nice and they took their time. I am satisfied with care. Thank you for doing such a good job!

Brought my wife here for severe migraine, pain in neck and fever. Nurse comes in with a attitude. Telling my wife either she has a spinal or she couldn’t help her. We are natural paths. After we refused, she asked if there was anything I needed. My wife told her to lose her attitude. We walked out. Next thing was numerous certified letters coming the clinic telling my wife she’s not allowed to come there anymore. They lied in the letter stating my wife was aggressive and threatened the nurse. This is a complete lie. My wife is a peaceful shaman. Do you have cameras up?? Look at them. This place is full with non verification want to be nurses and doctors. They make up anything. This place is like a cheap motel 6.Beware!!!!

They were able to get me an appointment day-of and kept my time in the waiting room to a minimal. I've been to a few of these family care/urgent care places before and due to the nature of these places being fast and accessible, I completely understood why the process felt somewhat impersonal and rushed. Overall the process was pleasant enough, though I do wish the nature sounds in the lobby were toned down slightly

I do not know why I bother with this establishment. Likely because it's closest to my location but my experience has been less than pleasurable multiples of times. You will likely be waiting long hours for prescriptions perhaps even days to be sent through or approved. You will likely be left in a waiting area lobby or back in a room for an hour or more because they forgot about you (3× so far). And forget about trying to reach anybody via; phone so as to save yourself the expense of gasoline costs in travel because they have phones set to DO NOT DISTURB or something. You will inevitably be forced to make a physical commute back to this location to get further assistance and wait another minimum of 30 minutes or more. The time expenditure wasted on their poor unacceptable service is beyond what anyone should be forced into losing. Spare yourself

I started coming here in January. My first appt was for pain in my knee. Dr Peng ordered X-rays and scheduled next about in a month. I never received any calls from anyone regarding when this X-ray was taking place. I show up for next appt and ask why no one has called to schedule a X-ray. Dr stated he would summit new orders. This continued for months. I never had a call for a X-ray. Next time I came in was for viral meningitis. I had called prior to coming and was told my dr would see me. I get there and they put me in a room. Then this hateful wanna be doctor comes in with the biggest chip on her shoulder rubbing her venom out. I’m a natural path. I made it clear there would be no spinal done on me. She refused me bloodwork literally ask what she could do for me when I refused a spinal. I lost it. I told her first how about losing your horrible attitude. She’s a nurse practitioner not a doctor. People like this should never be in the medical profession. I told her this right when my hubby said we’re walking out.No apologies from the clinic for the rudeness. Just a certified letter telling me to never come back lol..In 7 months, I went there 4 times and not one of my health problems were solved. This is the kind of place that charges the insurance companies for your visit but never comes through with fixing you. You just keep coming back and nothing is ever fixed.I have reported this clinic to my insurance company for charging for visits when the doctor never orders anything.Please don’t be stupid like I was. You’re better off at Seamar!!!

Dr Cutino is AWESOME!! He was very attentive and it was really nice having a Doctor validate the pain I’m in and take steps to find out what the problem is! Appreciate him beyond words! His MA is wonderful too!! She gave me a shot (one of those pinching ones) and I literally barely felt it!! Great bedside manner of both!!

Went to urgent Care and immediately sent me to ER. .he tried. On the visit yesterday, after 2 ER visits and no results. Checked both ER tests, saw kidney stones and immediately started treatment.

WORST PLACE EVERRR. Starting off I needed to refill my medication every month by coming in and when I walk in there, they are super rude. The lady didn't even make eye contact with me and proceeded to take her sweet time until she finally called us to her check in both. After we were checked in, we waited over 30min for a nurse to come get me to take to me to the room where I proceeded to wait for OVER 45 MIN until I had enough and walked out. this place is a joke and they don't care about you at all. Please consider a different clinic if possible.
