stupid pharmacy, very slow, always have to wait, once I spent there a total of 5 hours, the second time, 2 hours, they can’t get the prescription, although I have a message that the doctor sent it already 2 times, they say “we don’t have it, it doesn’t matter” I have to buy medicine with my own money because they say that my insurance does not cover it, although on the website of my insurance it says that this medicine is covered, but it shows me information from its program and it says it does not work even when I have to buy with my own money they are still very slow and I have to wait another 30 minutes it seems that they are doing all this specifically so that you do not use your insurance and they are making fun of you like this because they behave extremely defiantly

I love the 162nd Rite Aid, and I always go out of my way to come here. There are several other Rite Aids closer to me. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Plus they always have what I need. Marquis, the assistant manager, was so helpful, and Laurie, the cashier was so friendly and all smiles. Thank you and see you soon!!!

Horrible customer service. 2nd year in a row I have taken time off work to get my FluMist vaccine and both years, I arrive on time to my prescheduled appointment and leave without getting it. I don't receive a phone call or anything. Rite-Aid in general seems to have little care for anyone's time. WILL NEVER WALK INTO ANY RITE-AID AGAIN!

Pharmacy is very professional, John helped me greatly to Navigate and Explain all My costs and effects of my medication. This location is also great as they have a drive through Pharmacy. Due to this it’s a busy location so Keep in mind the staff is under pressure which they Manage extremely well. I’ve been a customer at this location for over a year. Highly recommended by this google guide

I had my first visit to this Rite Aid location today, and from the moment I stepped inside it was a negative experience. I was not greeted upon walking in, which is not a big concern, but it's strange that everyone else who came in after me was acknowledged, along with everyone who was leaving.I picked up something from an aisle of items marked as clearance, and when I walked up to the register, the short-haired crone behind the counter made no eye contact and said she would be with me in a second as she sorted something that was a more pressing matter than helping a patron. When she finally approached me, the first words from her mouth were, "that's not on clearance." Not "hello." Not "did you find everything ok?" Not "do you have a Rite Aid card?" Nothing resembling actual customer service or hospitality.She then held the item back as if to imply I would no longer want it since according to her it was not on clearance. And logically, if the item was not on clearance, why would she assume I grabbed it from the clearance section? She clearly knew that's where it was located. Meanwhile, she surprisingly concluded that she should scan the item -- being that's her job and all, and the one task she should have mastered. She scanned the item, and by golly, it was on sale. This seemed to upset her and she told me the price in a passive-aggressive manner. All the while, she didn't thank me or close the sale, but that was to be expected. I won't be returning.

I have been filling here for years. Female pharmacy tech is always kind, as well as 1 of the males. There is a dark haired male working that is always rude, overly annoyed with everything and VERY unprofessional. I am always very nice when calling and he belittles me when I ask questions and even shamed me for taking a medication off label for treatment of obesity. It was very unprofessional and made me cry. I will be going in to speak to someone about it because it is discrimination and unacceptable for a pharmacy tech to treat people this way. I have seen him speak to others with the same attitude.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy experience. Called to have prescription refilled, went to the pharmacy, and noone was there. Terrible service, terrible at communication. Reporting Rite Aid negatively to the BBB right now.

Cashier was busy chatting with an elderly person loitering by the checkstands she couldn't even acknowledge or reciprocate my "Good morning" / pleasantries after having me wait a minute to finish her conversation. She was merely a warm body to take my money, and felt like it too.The only interaction she sent my way was to ask if I had a riteaid card.I said no, and chose not to sign up for one purely because of the customer service. This was my first time in a Rite-aid due to Walgreens treating their staff as subhuman, and sadly it seems Riteaid treats their customers just about the same. I'd have grabbed her name, but seems nametags are also absent in this store.

If I could give this Rite Aid I'd give it a 10! From the in store customer service to the pharmacy drive through, I've had nothing but great experiences. I switched from Fred Meyer pharmacy and the convenience at Rite Aid has made my pharmacy needs so much better!

Steven (or Stephen?), the pharmacy manager at this Rite Aid, is just plain awesome. I specifically shop at this location, because of him. Today, I phoned with questions about Covid testing, the recent news about at-home kits, etc. I swear, I was provided more useful information from Steven than any of the gazillion articles I've read. I feel much more prepared now. This was also the location where I received my booster...from Steven, as well. It went so smoothly. I didn't feel a thing. Rite Aid is fortunate to have such a professional pharmacy manager. He is incredibly helpful, courteous, and super knowledgeable. I trust the information he shares with me and always leave feeling reassured. How nice it is to have someone who really knows what he is talking about. I am a forever customer of this Rite Aid store as long as Steven is their pharmacy manager
