Amazing team here!
They squeezed me in last minute on a Sunday to patch my tire so I would br ready for work Monday.
It was less than an hour from the time I called to the time my car was ready.

I went in to get my new tires put on the day before an asighnment appointment with them and they and them put on within 30 minutes. When I had came back I had asked if I could keep the car there so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips and if they have time could they do it early and they ended up having time that day and were super professional and all very nice employees. I would recommend this place to anyone who isn't very social because all of these ppl were nothing but patient and kind

Outstanding service and alignment 10/10 they have a customer for life. One thing is the alignment is fairly costly @$165 but you get your moneys worth ??

I popped my tire on the way home from Portland Sunday morning in Sandy. Basically nothing was open and if they were, they didn’t have the size tire I needed and the other shop wasn’t answering. Called Richey’s and they had the tire we needed!! We ended up stopping on the way at a different shop just to see and they weren’t able to help us until 4 o’clock. David was so helpful and kind on the phone was friendly!! Upon arrival, they changed our tire and we were in and out in less than 15 mins (maybe 10!). Dave rang me up and we visited with Sherman the dog while checking out. Thank you both for your kindness when we were in a sticky situation. If I lived in town, I would definitely come here! But if i ever get stuck near here again, I will give them a call!
