RTW is the best shop in town! I have been shopping at my favorite store for 3 years and Shanya and Hailey are the nicest ladies and most helpful. They know what looks good on me and it's a good feeling to have your very own stylist to make you look good. Wish I could give more than 5 stars because they are worth it!! Long live Retail Therapy Boutique!

I really liked their merchandise and had fun shopping there. unfortunately their return policy is really strict and inflexible. I bought two sundresses and was out of town for two weeks. I went back to return the items and discovered their return policy is only 7 days. When I explained, I was out town, there was not flexibility. When I asked for a store credit, still no flexibility. I would have continued to shop there but this experience changed my mind. Most places are two weeks to 30 days for returns 7 days is ridiculous.

We were in today and the prices are high in my opinion. They don’t really help the shopper. I can’t believe the response the store left for the woman trying to process a two week return. There is no way there prices are lower due to a 7 day return window with no store credit. Arktana wouldn’t do that. They have much better service for the price.

I absolutely love this place they have a great selection of clothing you won’t find anywhere else. I love how the owners stay up to date with current trends and when I’ve gone in to shop they are all so helpful in finding and suggesting just what I need. Great pricing for a boutique and lots of gift ideas as well as gift card options!!

Terrible customer service. Despite being a loyal customer since the store opened, I was appalled by the way I was treated today. After browsing for a few minutes, I decided to leave. I turned toward the owner, waved my hand at her and brightly said “Thank you and goodbye” . She returned my gesture with an angry scowl and a disapproving head shake, then turned her back to me and walked away. I stood there not comprehending what this non-verbal communication was all about. I have never been treated so rudely and I am not sure over what. Could it be that I didn’t buy anything? Was it because I was talking on my phone while browsing? Was I showing disrespect in any way? I could not understand what would cause such behavior. My last several encounters with her were odd, leaving me with similar unease, but today was the final straw. I won’t be back.

Love this boutique! I stopped in about 15 minutes before they closed. I decided to try on 2 shirts. The owner was so helpful and stayed open 20 minutes past closing to help me. I will definitely be going back. They have so many beautiful clothes. The customer service was above and beyond.

I walked in not knowing what to expect. I walked out happy and very satisfied with all clothing line and all of the adorable jewelry and gifts. Not only were their clothes freaking adorable, but the co-owner (Hailey) was so sweet and incredibly customer service oriented. I'm wearing the Kancan jeans for the first time and they feel like gloves. I had a hard time choosing, so I may be back sooner than expected. I have a cute little orange top I'm excited to wear too. So glad I found this place! Thank you!

I love this store and appreciate them being open. I love their clothes and the atmosphere. It's a good place to stop. Bad note: I went there one Thursday and the lady working the store was in the back in her personal phone arguing about very personal things. She was clearly upset. Seeing another lady and I walk in didn't phase her at all. She continued to loudly argue with whom ever was on her phone in a very inappropriate manner for work. It was so awkward that another lady and placed our clothes down and walked out. I am all for understanding issues that come up but this was a bit much.

Cute shop with a lot of varieties to pick. It's own by a mom and daughter, both of them are super nice to talk and give me a great recommendation. They have days and nights outfit with some of amazing accessories. I am able to pick two outfits: one dressy and one classic for spring. Overall, I will recommend this shop with my friends.
