Judy & her team at Reno's Auto Glass do an amazing job!! This was our second time using their services to replace our vehicle windows that were vandalized in the last 5 years. It's unfortunate, but today's world is full of thieves that cause damage to car windows, & it's important to find great work with value. This team is very responsive to the customer's needs. They work hard to get you the best value for your car windows. They have always provided us with fast and reliable service, and they made us feel like family! Highly recommend!!

Our car was broken into at the Moda Center and they smashed the passenger window. Called Reno's and they got us in the next day. My wife only had to wait 45 min for the window ro be replaced. Excellent service. I will highly recommend them.

Great service & communication!!!
I called 4 different places for a quote and Oden had the best price, knowledge of installation and came highly recommended. Oden came out to my business communicating his eta and walked in with the biggest smile, even my client was engaged in conversation!! Service was completed and great quality.

Oden was able to get our Subaru in quickly to replace the windshield. He originally said he needed the car for an hour and a half. He was able to get it done in roughly an hour saving time for more things we needed to get done. Thanks Oden for being able to get us in quickly. I’ll be sending others your way.

I was on a business trip in Portland, OR and when I walked into the "Safe Parking" garage downtown, I discovered my car had been broken into (and of course they shattered my rear window, not an easy fix). I live in the Seattle area and wasn't looking forward to driving home without a rear window in the oppressive heat or WSP pulling me over. Jude Reno absolutely came to my rescue...she was able to source my specific window glass AND get it installed the same day. She also called to check in on me while I was waiting for the glass to arrive. The installers were also great and even graciously thanked me for my patience while they located and picked up my window. Reno's Auto Glass is a preferred vendor for my insurance company (PEMCO) and it literally could not have gone smoother. I am so grateful for the customer service I received...it turned a completely rotten day into a much more manageable one :)

Had my car broken into and Reno's was super quick to help me get it in and repaired. Judy went above and beyond in her support over the phone, to get the new window quickly. Judy is amazing! Had to get my rear window replaced due to vandalism. She got me in the next day first thing in the morning. Was done within an hour. Judy is a saint. I called around for days trying to find anyone that could fix my window or at least store it safely until one could come in. My insurance company refused to cooperate and she made me such a wonderful deal to take care of it before the 10 am hour THE NEXT DAY!!!
