Amazing car and awesome deal! Great guy, just talk to him like a person, you know? Old school guy, Not a flashy dealership. He will work with you and is very fair. Got an amazing deal on my eos, just had to get it detailed and fixed the truck latch myself easily, which fixed the top. Top works great, and car drives great! Super happy with it, thank you ❤️❤️

Worse experiences today. I had scheduled an appointment for around 2pm today in hopes I was going to see two potential cars. At arrival we weren’t even greeted with a hello and the older man who was there was very rude and lacked so much customer service. We had told him we had an appointment to see two cars and to which he responded I did not hear anything about that. Then he resumed to ask which car. He walked away got the keys and jumper cables in order to start the car. He had no explanation as to what he was doing or why he needed the jumper cables. The cars were dirty! And we had to keep pushing for answers about the car. We asked to test drive still trying to set report with the man and he immediately was like oh we have to see if you can fiance the car, not even asking me but assuming to that we were going to fiancé when I was ready to pay in cash. We decided to leave apart from so many red flags and the car not being able to turn on on its own. I would not recommend for someone to check this car dealership at all. Waste of time

HORRIBLE $5,000 car didn't last 24 hours. Salesmen RUDE. A -10would be a better fit. Building needs condemn. DONT STOP JUST KEEP ON LOOKIN AN DRIVIN.

I bought a dodge journey for way tooo much ... nothing was said about the rear window being gone nor was anything said about the check engine light being on. Took for a spin and did great within the city but as soon as we got it on the road home it started to smoke after 45 minutes and they refused to answer calls and text they said theyd help fix it and refused to give my money back

Tried to buy a car from them.. they never answer their phone an email here and there so I'm guessing they don't like to sell the cars they own? Terrible experience don't try and buy anything from this company

I called 3 times to book an appointment. Spoke to someone who would, "call me back." (i.e. bad reception, I'll be there in an hour and a half. I'll call when I'm on my way....etc....) I never got that phone call. Ready to buy a car no financing needed, and can't even get a call back. I don't know how they are still in business because clearly I am not the only person that they will "call back". Zero stars from me, if it were even possible...

HORRIBLE experience paid almost $4000 for the car and transmission went out in three days he didnt file the paperwork for over a month the temporary expired and we still dont have the plates called him consistently he never answers the phone and hes never at the business. Worst experience with buying a car ever. I would never recommend this car lot to anyone

Either a money laundering front, or the most devoted "low pressure sales" policy ever. I found them from their online listings, but when i tried to check out the car in person, never mind. I can forgive grubby offices, silent salesmen, and unwashed cars, considering the prices. The lot is packed 4 rows deep (bumper to bumper, door to door) with cars and the guy tells me he's going down to AZ next week for even more inventory? But red flags go up when myrequest to schedule a test drive and pre-purchase inspection gets a response as if he's never once had someone ask. And then he doesn't show up for that same appointment even though it was the very next day. I waited for 2 hours, along with a couple other potential customers but no sign of any salesperson. Obviously, selling the cars aren't the priority here. I'm wondering what is.

I have a family member who purchased a car from Redline and did not make it from the lot to her house without needing a tow truck. Horrible experience. I had to purchase a car for this family member's family while they waited nearly four months for a court date, dealing with this unscrupulous business.

Idky this business has such a low rating when for me, personally had a great experience buying the vehicle I wanted. I, personally, would recommend them.
