My husband and I went in looking for work shoes for him, and got exactly what he needed. I also got a pair of really nice hiking shoes, inserts, and my new favorite pair of socks. Lucas was very helpful and professional, and made our shopping experience quite enjoyable!

First time visiting a Red Wing shoes store, got my feet scanned and fit for a pair of work boots. They fit very good and I'm very happy so far with my purchase.

Employees are not very helpful, long time redwing boot owner, have always received top notch service from other stores, not so much here. Had to ask for the fitting for the 70 dollar insoles that I always add to my 300 dollar work boots, then had to request them to oil the new boots,( they usually offer) Red wing is a premium work shoe, at a premium price, I did not receive premium service.

I came here to buy some steel-toed work boots. The boots were so uncomfortable I was in pain walking in them. 2 of my left toes would go numb and the tongue on the right boot slid completely to the side. I came back in and chose a different boot. The new ones have thick stitching in the back that rub at my Achilles area causing a scab. Also the metal stud things that hold the laces dig into the top of my foot causing pain with every step.

Hate being manipulated. The salesperson told me they did not have the shoe I wanted cause of lack availability from overseas producers. I settled on ill fitting ugly boots. Instead I should left and ripped up my employer voucher.

Horrible experience at this store. Extremely unwelcoming and they will make sure you know that they are annoyed you're in the store. You need to know the exact shoe you want to order, or be there to pick something up. This is not a place to look at shoes and try them on. First, you won't get to look at anything until they scan your feet, and have you walk across a pad for pressure points. That wouldn't be bad if it was just a reference to try and help fit boots. The person we asked to try on boots was argumentative and condescending because she refused to deviate from the scan results and her opinion on what boot I should wear. They don't want to hear how the boots feel on your foot, they'll tell you what you need to wear. After mentioning the boot she had me try on felt cramped in the toe, she scoffed and said we could try going to the Federal Way location then and good luck since they were so far away. I won't be going back here.

I love Red Wing boots the durability is reliable.This store on the other hand needs help.The brown haired gal in here is rude and condescending. You should treat your customers with respect. Especially if they are dishing out that kind of dough in one purchase. It took her less than 60 seconds to offend me to the point I left without trying 1 pair on. I felt like Julia Robert's in Pretty Women. Haha your loss I'll go somewhere else for all my boots. I'll be letting everyone I know how she treated me as well

Roths, Smokeys, Hot N Now, Izzys, Golden Skate.... either Red wings original owner died and the greedy kids took over or the original owner sold. I always swore by Red Wing and proudly went in with my company voucher to get a new pair, usually didn't need one because of the quality. Not anymore, last 3 pairs have been garbage and the warranties got smaller. Now I spend my own check and get reimbursed by my company with a receipt from Danner or Wilco. Never going back to Red Wing even if there free
