Never take your child here. Penny was rude, unprofessional, and unable to find my toddler's vein despite several sloppy attempts. The skills were lacking but her bedside manner was truly a disgrace to the profession.

Waited 4 hours of holding in to take a urine test. Even when I was on standby no one in the lobby but me and someone. Would wait 30 mins before someone who had an appointment walk in and they would get called and I continued to wait. Go to other places for testing highly don't recommend this place it'll be easier to set appointments as well.

I wish there was a 0 star option. Worst experience we've ever had. The first sample was lost. I had to drive to submit the second one, and guess what? They say the sample is bad. Health Peace is now asking if we can go and submit a third one. No thanks. We will dispute the charges to make sure they refund every penny back! 100% of their employees should be fired.. rude, relaxed, everyone behaves in slow motion. Shame Quest Lab!!!

Even with an appointment, the wait time is painfully long.Sitting in the waiting room, it's utterly tragic to see older or disabled people referred here by their doctors only to be told that they can't be served and must make an appointment. That's in the rare event they can even talk to someone, most have to wait around thinking they will be helped because there's no humans in the waiting area.Sure, making an appointment is easy for those that know you need one...but no, it doesn't mean it will be fast.If you are a doctor, DO NOT send patients here.If you are an employer, DO NOT send prospects here.They make money by providing the minimal service which is why they are so slow and why so many others detest this sort of greedy "medical" lab.

Staff are usually good, cordial and competent. But the way the business runs is utterly awful. Even with appointments there is a long wait and forget trying to get in as a standby. Now need to schedule at least 2 days out.

Poor quality and the waiting process is ridiculous to just drop off a specimen. Be better, do better, this is the worst place ever. They sucker you in if doctors tell you to go tell them to make you an appt. This girl up front was super rude in the picture presented and doesn't care about the patients at all.

Book somewhere else for whatever test you need. Waited 45 min for my scheduled appointment for them to tell me their system was down and their supervisor was supposed to have called me.

Clean, efficient facility. I made an appointment online first, and my experience was pleasant and quick. Staff were friendly, professional, and caring. Had an awesome phlebotomist! My veins like to dodge, weave and play games with phlebotomists but the phlebotomist I had was very skillful and was able to draw blood painlessly. She was very friendly. I had a great, seamless experience and would come back again. It is best to call or go online to make an appointment FIRST. Do Not expect to just walk in to be seen right away. Repeat, do not come in as a walk in and expect service in minutes. Make an appointment first before you come in, and your experience will be pleasant and quick.

The front desk at this location is not staffed, which creates significant accessibility issues for those with disabilities. While they advertise service for walk-ins, they rarely honor this claim and provide no update on wait times. I assume this policy allows Quest to make as much money as possible, but it provides significant barriers to accessing necessary healthcare services and is harmful to patients.Beyond these issues, this location lost multiple sets of lab work that I brought in. They also claimed my provider had canceled certain tests. After my provider called to question why they would make this claim when she had never contacted them to cancel any lab orders, they admitted they had failed to properly draw the specimens necessary for all the ordered testing. This resulted in further delay to me accessing care and having necessary medical procedures that required bloodwork to be completed ahead of time.The manager of the location took no responsibility for any of these mistakes, trying to place the blame on me as the patient for not making sure their staff followed the lab orders correctly. Between the significant accessibility issues and the fraudulent activity committed with my records, I would say go literally anywhere else for bloodwork.

Showed up after 3 only to find out that they stop pre-employment drug screenings at 3. Tried to schedule for the next day, no appointments, but it says walk-ins are available. I show up the next day, check in, but now it says an apt. is available at 1:40, but that puts me past the 48 hr mark for the test, so I put in that Im a walk in. I sit down and start the waiting process. A few minutes later a nurse comes out, calls my name, and says they don't accept walk-ins and puts 2 pieces of paper down with 3 other places that take walk-ins that werent even locations available when I tried to originally do this 2 days ago! She turned and left before I could even say a word. Frustrating

I am giving this one star because I can’t give it a zero. My husband was directed to go here by his doctor who sent in a prescription for a 3-minute blood draw. He went in as a walk-in. Even though their sign says they take walk-ins, THEY DO NOT TAKE WALK INS!!!! ALL appointments are taken back before walk ins. But you cannot talk to a real person unless you corner someone coming out to get another patient! They never tell you how long your wait time might be. This is the worst, least patient friendly policy for a medical office that I can imagine. This should be spelled out on their website so that sick people don’t go there and sit for 2 hours before leaving in desperation with no services like my husband did. With this policy, arriving at 9:15am, he could still be sitting there at 5pm when they turn out the lights and lock up to go home. This is unacceptable for our medical community.

Despite making appointments every time, it seems every other time (I have blood draws regularly), their system literally just erases my appointment when I arrive, and the staff are often rude when I explain to them and show them proof of my appointment. I often have to wait for an hour. Their systems are so buggy, it's ridiculous.And of course, if you didn't make an appointment, don't even bother to show up, you'll be waiting for literally the whole day most of the time.

Make an appointment and it will go as smoothly as possible. If I could, I would give 1 star to the fellow patients in the waiting room. The entitlement and abuse of staff is unreal; people act as if they’re the only one who deserves to be seen RIGHT NOW. Make a damn appointment then!!! I waited 17 minutes. Like seriously, it’s not hard.

Apt made, 1st visit. No staff but machines unfamiliar to ck in. I was ontime but by the time i figured out how to use i was considered late to arrive and was, without my knowledge, logged in as walkin.Sat over 2hr, No staff avaliable for contact or text to tell me my apt won't happen.I didn't know i was not going to be seen. NOT a happy camper !!A staff said at the door, no walkins today, over booked and short handed was said then door closed.I was Not informed about the late log in policy of it wont be honored.So much for Auto Intelligence run office.

No receptionist on site, just check in computer. Absolutely no way to see what wait times are or if they will even be able to see a walk in due to malfunctioning lobby tv and no live employees at the reception desk. Basically flying blind and hoping someone comes out from the back and calls your name eventually i guess?! Don’t know for sure because nobody to ask?. Complete joke of a facility.
