Go anywhere else but here. What this place has put me through to get a couple of blood test orders sent to a lab out of town speaks to their administrative incompetence and horrible customer service. They wasted several hours of my time and did not take my requests or medical needs seriously.

I have been coming here about 4 or 5 years. This Providence medical center is closest to my house, just about seven or eight minutes away so it's very convenient. I've been treated courteously by all the staff here. I've never had a long wait while waiting for my PCP. I can say without hesitation that my concerns have been dealt with quickly and very professionally. The physician is thorough and works in a very timely manner aware of my time and hers, she is an excellent physician in my opinion.

I have been a patient here since 2012 and I am so impressed. From the front desk receptionist to the medical assistant and the doctors. I have always felt so cared for and I think it's been the best experience I've had with a doctor's office ever. Dr Li is amazing. They are really great! I'm always polite and friendly and they are always the same back to me. :)

Absolute robbery. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. In no way shape or form did I receive medical help. Went it to get paperwork for my employer renewed and was billed over 300 dollars and was told "that's low for an office visit".

IT'S INSANE! My Providence doctor read an email I sent via online "My Chart" AFTER they called me to make an appointment. I questioned if I needed to so sent an online message to my doctor asking essentially was it necessary or was it protocol. This is part of the response! Doctors now charge you like lawyers do! "(The Doctor's name) spent 5 minutes reviewing your health concern, your chart, and determining a course of care. Your insurance has been billed for this visit." They literally charged my insurance company for responding to the "My Chart" message I sent AFTER they called me! My response: This is INSANITY and Highway robbery that I get charged for 5 minutes for my doctor reading a message I send in response to the doctor's office calling me! You're like lawyers now! I'm flabbergasted! Please don't respond or I will get another charge! Shame on Providence!

Not sure if these are real doctors, they are just there to collect paycheck, every appointment they are late to see us at least 20 minutes, the last one was the worst, my baby had cold symptoms so they asked us to wait outside and someone will take us from the back door, Mrs Nurse came 15 minutes late and took us to the box they call a room, baby is screaming and have a fever and all what she care is to know his weight and height because she said the medication "The so called DR didn't prescribe any medication" depends on the weight and height ...BS. Mrs Nurse left, and we stayed in the box for another 17 minutes, then showed the so called Dr Zheru Li, if you are reading this I'd like you to read our feedback, you are by far the worst Dr that we have seen for our baby since he was born. She was clearly afraid to catch whatever my baby had, when I stepped towards her with the baby she will step back while she is wearing all the gear to protect her self, then she says can he breath we say not normal because of his stuffy nose, then she goes other than does he have difficulty in breathing !!! wth does that mean?? Then she says if breathing becomes difficult take him to the emergency or a hospital, which of course what every parent wants to hear when their baby is just having cold symptoms!! okay what about medication or something to loosen the mucus on his chest oh she said nothing no medication for babies with cold, just give him Tylenol which we were already giving to him, then she stuck a huge stick up to his brain which made him cry even more, because she doesn't know what he have and that the only thing she knows how to do. You are useless Dr Zheru Li
