I met with Dean and he took all of my information for taxes and then completely ghosted me. I tried emailing and calling and never heard back and missed the tax deadline. I hesitate to leave this review because he has all of my information, but feel I should so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I hate that this is the review, but my experience more than justifies this rating. I contacted Dean for tax prep early March. Met with him and was able to get setup and gave him the info I thought he would need to to get going. He prepared a return for me and I asked a couple of questions to see if we could maximize the return. I got one reply, but then Dean ghosted me. Several emails and messages on his own portal to see if we could go ahead and close my taxes, and nothing. Fast fwd to about a week ago and I still hadn't heard from him so I texted him to tell him I needed to move onto someone who was going to complete my taxes. Still nothing. And for a couple of days, I honestly became concerned because I hadn't heard anything from him that may be life circumstances, got in the way of doing my taxes, which I can absolutely understand. However, when I went back to the portal that he created in order to grab a document that would help my new tax preparer with my taxes, I no longer had an account. Which tells me that someone was able to actively deactivate it. So, my conclusion: do not recommend. Have your taxes done by a full-time professional. Dean is not full-time and apparently not professional.

Scheduled telephone appointment for Saturday. No one called or contacted me. Haven't heard from this company since scheduling.

I am a busy single mom and needed a tax preparer who would be thorough and find all the things I missed and Price Tax & Bookkeeping delivered! Dean was patient with me when I forgot to attach certain documents and made sure that I got everything turned in to get the maximum refund I deserve. Don't let someone else who won't protect you hard-earned money do your taxes- Hire Price Tax & Bookkeeping instead!
