The Vancouver area postmaster is doing a horrible job addressing customer concerns. I asked for help with trash being left into my mailbox, and obstructing my mail, and was promised that the offending items of mail would no longer be delivered to me. They even confirmed that it would be permanent, and I would not have to call in again.Here we are a couple months later, and my mailbox is full of loose pieces of coupon trash in which important pieces of mail are getting hidden in. I tried calling and no one is answering. Why are our taxes going to this institution?

First time in, I'm glad theirs a post office inside! I won't have to go all the way downtown! Very nice workers!

We got our passports done here and it was quick, easy, and efficient. They even have the option to get your photo done there. It's a 30 minute appointment but they had us in and out in 15.
