4 smith machines in the whole gym & one has been broken for 2 weeks. if you need to bench press you better enjoy doing it on machines because there aren’t any free weights benches & these 4 smith machines are the only place to bench, squat, or shoulder press in the whole gym. you will
likely have to wait to use them & when you do use them there will be people waiting to use it when you’re done. not a great gym experience. plenty of cardio equipment if that’s what you wanna do I guess.

Convenient location in the Hazel Dell area of Vancouver. All new machines since we had been there last year. Best workout value around in our opinion. Fairly easy sign up and check in. A couple of very lazy and rude employees.

the girls locker room is very clean and nice. The equipment is clean and they have a dispenser to clean it if you want to. The massage chairs are amazing. Overall this place is a great place to workout the staff are friendly, the equipment is nice.

I've used planet fitness and many other locations in the past with great staffs onboard ready to assist me regarding questions & concerns. For this location in Vancouver WA (Hazel Dell), recently they have hired a new (female) staff onboard for night shift giving me and other people sarcasm response & attitude. Very unprofessional, spoke to the manager and nothing was done to resolve this matter.

I have been a member to several “box box” gyms and I am truly impressed with how clean the club is and how helpful and welcoming the staff is. I want to give a shout out to Hope and Trevon. Their helpfulness and customer service is on point!!

No frills, no pressure, no weird gym culture. They don't offer classes, they don't offer training, there's nothing to upsell, there's no reason to avoid the desk as you enter or leave. The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is in good shape and everything smells good. Lots of moms, dads, and middle-aged people in there just doing their best, which I appreciate.

Very upset by the hall staff
When I got out of the shower, I was completely naked without underwear. There were 15 minutes left before the hall closed. A man entered the women's locker room. He saw me naked and said that the hall was closing. I consider this unacceptable, since my rights were violated. At that moment there were female staff in the hall. Why does a man enter the women's locker room?

Friendly staff, warm showers from my experience, lockers are in good condition. It's a little small and there isn't a heavy bag but for just starting out it's a great!

Unlike other fitness clubs (and other PF locations), this one charges a $20 day fee to try it out for a day to decide whether you want to be a member. So if you’re shopping around to decide which gym is right for you, skip this one since they clearly don’t want your business.

Decent fitness center. 24/5 is stupid. Makes it hard to not switch to a different fitness center that's open 24/7.
