Absolutely loved the conversation with Angel and Jaylin. He absolutely made me feel so welcomed and answered any questions we had with the jewelry. Definitely going back to get more piercings and jewelry form them.

Just popped by hoping to get a piercing with my sister. The worker completly ignored us when we approached and when I spoke up to ask about the piercings she dismissed us and continued doing other things like cleaning. She never made eye contact and no interest in helping us or even paying any attention to us. We walked away to take our business to someone who wants it. I worked here a few years ago and I didn't think I could ever be more disappointed with this place than my lack of training while I was there but I supposed I deserve the credit of at least having customer service experience. Would rate 0 stars if I could

Wanted to make sure I left a review following my pleasant interaction with Angel who helped me this morning with fixing my ear piercing. I had come in upset after a different location had pierced my ears unevenly. I wasn't sure what to do and I was clearly upset. However, Angel remained calm and incredibly empathetic. She was able to help me feel comfortable and made sure to take her time on re-piercing my ears and I left the place extremely thankful.

This was my first visit to a Piercing Pagoda and it will be my last at ANY location. Their prices are egregious and their sales personnel are dishonest.I was told that a pair of “real diamond studs” my daughter picked out were about $65. I believed it to be accurately priced for how itty-bitty they were and so we moved forward with a piercing and purchase.It wasn’t until much later that I looked at my receipt and realized that not only were we double charged for a single pair of earrings, we were also charged for 2 warranties. Why would I need 2 warranties? I don’t know.?I will NEVER recommend a Piercing Pagoda to anyone — ever.

I bought a $270.00 necklace for my boyfriend for Valentines Day. They had a sale buy one get one free so I found a beautiful ring for $249.00. They were closing so I hurried and picked a ring. Once I got home I checked to see if it was stamped and it isn't. The tag says 10 kt gold with 1/4 kt diamond and now I don't know even know if it's real.

The customer service at this location is absolutely atrocious. I purchased a 3 pair set of gold stud earrings as a gift and noticed as soon I got home that they had sold me a damaged item, not repairable! Not wanting to show up without a gift, I gave one of the non damaged pairs as a gift and tried to go back to see about having the damaged ones replaced. The manager Haylie had zero empathy or friendliness. She was very condescending to my husband as she kept repeating the same things over and over while he was patiently trying to reach an understanding with her. She accused me of having damaged the item myself, it felt like I was just going to be out the money because they wouldn’t take any responsibility for the expensive, damaged earrings they sold to me, so I asked if there was a manager above her that I could speak to and she refused to give any information other than “call customer service.” Then she suddenly declared that the conversation was over and that we had a few minutes to leave leave before she called security because she wasn’t going to be “threatened” like this. I did no such thing. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this! I guess she must have felt threatened when I wanted to speak to a superior. She obviously really needed training on how to treat unhappy customers. Never had a problem before, I have been a regular customer, but I will never shop there again. I don’t ask for a lot, I just expect to get what I paid for. Unusable jewelry is NOT what I paid for.

Went today to get my ears pierced. I didn’t noticed the piercing was uneven until I went home and put my earrings in my other holes. Totally unhappy with them and not sure how it fix it. Should’ve went to a professional. I would not recommend getting your ears pierced here.
