While I’m glad the fish tenders are finally knowledgable at this location, they denied me from buying 10 harlequin raspboras stating it could overload my tank and need only sell me 5. They asked no questions about my knowledge with fish keeping it how I planned to not have this happen. A little bit ironic considering the tanks here are full of black beard algae which will spread to customers tanks if they buy submerged plants and there’s also an incredibly overwhelming amount of dead stock in their tanks.

At check out I inquired about a bird that was in an enclosure on the sales floor. The cleark only knew that it was really friendly and would crawl all over you. I had already ascertained that much from my inspection of the bird. I asked what kind of bird it was. I was thinking it looked like a senagul. But was corrected because he informed me it was a conure because that was the type of food it was being fed.
He didn't offer to find out the price of the bird when I asked.
Curious how many sales a day your missing out on because of poorly trained employees?

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I made an appointment at their vaccination clinic, and they cancelled without telling me, because my appointment “was too far from their last appointment”. Then those appointments shouldn’t be an option for those of us for whom later in the day works better!! The vaccination workers were STILL THERE, staring me in the face (!!!) but still wouldn’t vaccinate my kittens, severely screwing up last minute international travel plans due to a family health emergency. They tried to blame it on me because I wasn’t reachable by phone, but I had filled out my online intake forms, so it should never be assumed that 1) I don’t plan on showing up (which they said they thought. Yeah, right) so it’s okay to cancel the appointment or 2) it’s okay with the client to reschedule.

Customer Service is sucks!!! If you guys wanted to keep in business! You are paying attention for cleaning rather than paying attention to your customer needs. I asked for help for the koi fish, and she answered me, "Did not hear you! I asked twice if she was still keep clean and said, "Not hearing you!!!" Lady! Keep away your rug and pay attention to your customer. That was lousy customer service!

Store needs a better solution for shopping cart retention than not allowing shopping carts outside of the store. Hauling 50 pound bags of dog food by hand is ridiculous with the technology that is available.

This place is ridiculous!! Horrible customer service!! They made me wait 30 minutes without saying anything to me! I ordered pet food online and when I voiced my concern this is what he did!! Unacceptable!! He started profusely coughing & going to the ground. Wow

Deyvnn at grooming is fantastic! So are all the ladies there but my Newfoundland and I fell in love with deyvnn at first appointment. Dixie is xxxl so it’s quite a task when I ask any groomer for a summer deshed but the petco team did an amazing job getting her as short as we like and most of all keeping my dog comfortable. During this many hour long appointment I was kept in constant contact by the team updating me on how my pup was doing, the checkout process was quick and painless and I was able to reschedule in 7 weeks! Any person with a giant breed would know how hard it is to get a good loving groomer who is willing to put the detail into a dog grooming like this and to be so loving and patient with a tired squirmy 110lb dog, it’s like finding gold. Hoping for many more appointments with Devynn!

Took my puppy for a rabies shot at their Sunday clinic and had good service. We also bought Hill Science Diet dog food for sensitive stomach and skin 3 weeks ago.
