Came for Blue Wilderness cat food. Shelves were almost empty. Staff was kind and respectful, probably the best part of the journey.

My pets food bags had huge holes in them and were mixed together in the bottom of my paper bag. It was disappointing and inconvenient to say the least.

Shopping with my 4 year old, nobody on sales floor…only one cashier. My lil one had to potty so I asked and was told they have no restroom even for customers! Um, so you expect ppl to just hold it until they get home?!
I’ve worked in retail and understand the issues involved in maintaining it, but it’s just not okay to deny customers (or humans in general, esp kids or older adults) a basic need like that esp when they are paying top dollar for your products.
They actually said I should go to Office Depot next door. I already had 4 items in my hand too and was planning to buy them, but then I had to leave to find a restroom for my kid. Not appreciated, prob won’t be going back here.

My husband and I had wandered in an hour before closing to pick up supplies in the hopes of getting a cat in the near future. Of course immediately upon walking in we saw a pair of bonded kittens that needed a home!
George met with us and helped us through the adoption application process so that the next day we could come back and adopt (since it was understandably too late to do the whole process that night). We returned the next day and George made sure that the application went through, let us meet the kittens, and then once they were officially adopted helped us carry everything out to the car.
He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole adoption process smooth and painless. Thank you so much for helping us adopt these kittens!

As usual, Petco is easy to find, has everything you need, but this time, I wish I remembered her name, but a very nice older lady cashier went out of her way to get me a coupon for the science diet I was buying and got me and additional ten bucks off the purchase added to the four bux off I got cuz she signed me up..it was awesome. Thank you for hiring older people.

If you feed your kids McDonald’s 3 times a day then this place is for you and your pets.
The products are all sub-par. Like petsmart, it’s the Walmart for pets.
I bought petco brand treats and my dogs won’t touch them. One of my dogs will eat anything and has an iron gut, but will not touch petco brand food/treats. I do feed them organic food that is high end (not from petco obviously) but I didn’t expect they would spit it out and walk away. I put petco treats on the floor and they walk around them. lol
Also, I bought 4 petco brand toys 3 hours ago. They have already fallen apart and are trash. My dogs did not chew on the toys. It was from just simply throwing the ball and frisbee, when they hit the ground (grass) they fall apart.
I don’t understand why the animal activists don’t target these companies. They do more harm to our pets than anyone or anything else.
