“We always stop by this pet shop when we run low on dog and cat treats. You can get bulk dog biscuits for very cheap too. Everyone is really nice here, and they even carry specialty dog food brands that aren't sold online! We love getting new treats for our animals to try at home.”

“I was looking for a harness for a very small dog with a big belly. Other harnesses haven't fit well on her. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. “My husband and I had wandered in an hour before closing to pick up supplies in the hopes of getting a cat in the near future. Of course immediately upon walking in we saw a pair of bonded kittens that needed a home!
George met with us and helped us through the adoption application process so that the next day we could come back and adopt (since it was understandably too late to do the whole process that night). We returned the next day and George made sure that the application went through, let us meet the kittens, and then once they were officially adopted helped us carry everything out to the car.
He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole adoption process smooth and painless. Thank you so much for helping us adopt these kittens!”
“Amazing customer service and SO MANY food choices! My kitty has food allergies and this is the first store I’ve been to that has multiple kinds of foods she can eat! The staff is great- they know a lot about pet nutrition. Would recommend, especially for parents of pets with dietary restrictions/picky habits!”

“Like all PetSmarts, good selection for most needs for most animals, but pricier than, say, Wal-Mart. Clean & well-stacked. One star off because I couldn't find an associate to help in the fish/insects section for almost 10 minutes and finally gave up. Again, though, not unique to this PetSmart.”
“Store needs a better solution for shopping cart retention than not allowing shopping carts outside of the store. Hauling 50 pound bags of dog food by hand is ridiculous with the technology that is available.”
“I started going here because I recently stopped going to another pet store I had been getting my rats from because they were becoming a lot more sickly. I’ve gotten several rats from here now (from both the feeder bins and the pet rat bins) to add to my beloved massive rat colony and they are doing amazing, and are all very sweet. The two female employees that I’ve seen are amazing, they’re really friendly and remembered me and my boyfriend and are extremely helpful and make the process quick and easy. I love coming here and I look forward to getting all my rats from here from now on!”

“We have a senior dog, 14yrs old, he is family. He has arthritis in his hips, I'm always worried about his comfort. I was told that they would carry him to and from the grooming table. When we picked him up he was beautifully groomed and wagging his tail. This is the best experience we've ever had at a groomer.”
