By far the best CPR / First Aid class that I have attended. The instructor was great, presenting the material in an efficient and entertaining way without compromising quality. The models were clean and well maintained. Excellent combination of lecture, video, and hands-on practice.

I was able to get scheduled fast very little wait time. The MA Rachel is wonderful, Receptionist Hailey is amazing and the provider is very nice. Over all a amazing experience every appointment.

We utilized Performance for annual onsite testing and as always they were fantastic. Very organized and got through our crew very efficiently in one day rather than the originally quoted two. Highly recommend them for any onsite testing needs!

Performance Occupational Health Services did a great job in training our workforce. They were able to get a large group (30) of people trained in 3 hour time frame. Staff and volunteers reported that they were confident in their skills and the professionalism of the educators.

They did not pass my dot physical, ive been taking attenenol for arrhythmia for over 30 years and have never had a problem passing the DOT physicals( thats like 15 ) but these guys failed me because of taking attenenol, I went to a one of his competitors and no probs, im now good to go. Nice staff but doc is ? He charged me $100 to fail me

Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Results get back to us in a timely manner. Our employees have little wait time and appointments are completed in a timely manner. Able to schedule appointments easily.
