Reduced to 1 star because........
I have asked them to stop calling me a couple of weeks ago. This week three different people have called me separately, so I guess they just don't listen. Maybe you should change your name to Below Poor Performance Home Medical, or maybe just Home Medical, because you really can't use that word anymore. The Performance word.

Just started using them this year. They called me to order consumables, bit I told them that my sleep doc had reviewed my data amd I needed a different mask. So I made that appointment for 16th Feb 2024. About a week later someone called me to order consumables and masks etc. I told them that I may be changing masks on the 16 th Feb at my appointment so they said that we could meet on the 14th Feb. I told them that was 2 days before I would know what needed ordering, but they didn't get it.
So they called me on 14th Feb and I told them I had an appointment with then on the 16th Feb to determine what I would go forward using. They finally got it and said that they would call me about a week after.
Went to my appointment today 16th Feb at 9am and they called me as I got to the car park, 15 mins before my appointment time. They told me they had to cancel because someone had not come in to work.
I may change my review after a few more interactions but they may need to change their name to 'Low Performance Home Medical' with what I have seen so far

I’m so glad I decided to get fitted for a mask here. Office is clean and professional. Appt started right on time. Ruben was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I feel confident that I’ll have a better sleep tonight than I have had in awhile :) Thanks!

I worked with Ruben to get set up for a CPAP and he was thorough, thoughtful, and kind. He even agreed to see me early when I didn’t hit any traffic on the way. Highly recommended!

They are a "don't ask don't tell" company and it is wrong. They call me to ask if I need more supplies and tell me I'm eligible, without mentioning any costs, then bill me later. When I called to ask why there's a bill, they claim insurance is to blame, so I asked why I wasn't aware of the costs of these items, and they only say, "well you didn't ask". Wrong! Immoral!

Worst customer service!!! They have exceedingly limited hours and they cancelled my appointment last minute and did not call or leave a message. They refused to give me my equipment and did not give me any options of being able to pick it up same day. Get your c-pap anywhere else! They will not help you. They are poorly understaffed as well. I hope the manager hires more doctors as the team is clearly not getting enough help

For some reason the warehouse for Home Performance Medical Supply House was confused because I when I ordered for my CPAP machine that I had never used until this past January. My own sleep Dr. said yes to the change and initial equipment was sent but no more communication came from the warehouse. Eventually needed to order more supplies but I got an announcement saying my account was under review. I heard nothing for over two weeks. So I went in to the Vancouver office and took care of what I needed immediately and brought the equipment home. Mary, the member in the Vancouver office communicated with the warehouse and the immediate problem was solved. However, the pieces I did not need at once were to be sent from the ware house. I just got word they are on their way now about six weeks late. Hmmm. Normally I get near perfect service. Perhaps they didn’t believe the doctor that I was healthy enough to return to use of my CPAP machine (switched from my bipap) that was replaced during the recall but not used until mid February this year. Happily I got every thing I really needed thanks to Mary in the Vancouver office because I am leaving on a two month travel. I expect ordering will be smoother next time.

Performance Home Medical makes it impossible to get supplies. I have received supplies ONCE, when I have had my CPAP for just over one year.I cannot make phone calls due to my disability. They INSIST that you call them. It’s ironic that a medical supply company is inaccessible. When I have actually gotten a hold of someone via email, they stop responding, and have never actually successfully facilitated an order being delivered to me. They just tell me “it would be easier if you call” without taking into account that some people cannot make phone calls, even though I have told them incessantly that I cannot do that. They don’t listen or care.The one time I did receive an order, it was when my partner made a call to them for me. I have had my partner call Performance Home Medical for me at least 15 times to ask where my supplies are. They have called us to say it’s time to reorder supplies, and then they just don’t send them.I don’t know what is going on with this place. I’m always using broken, worn out supplies, with duct tape on my mask because I can’t get a replacement.This is easily the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and unfortunately, my health depends on them.I have told my doctor about the problems I have had, and they have told me they made efforts to contact Performance Home Medical to tell them I need a way to reach them that it’s by phone. Still, no results.I’m looking into ways to make a formal complaint with some outside institution, because this is not okay to treat people like this and deny them access to medical supplies.
