Literally the worst haircut I've ever had, came in on my birthday just have this lady ignore what I wanted and do what the kids wear, I'm a 27 year old man I don't want some stupid mushroom headed Elvis looking cut, she did it anyways and if your a man with a beard they'll just cut it off without asking I've been growing it for years I wasn't going to write anything but I can not let it go honestly she really did my hair so bad I look to stupid to let it go, and I don't think she should be touching anyone's hair the lack of care she had made me feel bad for even asking for a haircut like she rather be doing anything else, when I got there I even tried to ask another employee if they had my last haircut on record and she just looked at me crazy and basically told me something that had no relation to the question I asked her, I repeated myself several times even stating I'm just trying to see if you have like the numbers we used in my hair like what I got for a haircut, her mouth just sat opened while she fixed her glasses trying to understand, I finally gave up and just explained to the lady doing my hair what I wanted with a picture, she still managed to do basically the opposite and give me the haircut she thought I'd like instead, she kept talking about kids getting perms and then getting this haircut she gave me, I don't know if she thought I had a perm but my hairs naturally curly, if she cant tell the difference or listen to the customers request for the haircut then she should not be working there I didn't walk in and say "hey give me whatever haircut you think would look good" or "give me what the kids are wearing these days", you really have to go above and beyond to do what this lady did or youve been pretending to cut peoples hair this whole time. Please have some integrity and passion for your work.

I booked foil highlights, and ended up getting partial highlights. I wasn't the easiest customer, I came in with at least 4 inches of damage and mid back length hair. Penny cut the dead hair off, and got me almost platinum blonde! With just a partial highlight. She was very nice and I had a great time chatting with her while she was doing my hair. Would definitely recommend, it was affordable and I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience here. I'm new to the area and found this place had really good reviews on Google so I made an appt. The stylist wasn't super friendly at first but I didn't really mind. Once we started chatting about our animals she opened up and seemed nice enough. I had hair to the middle of my back that was in huge need of a trim and I wanted to add some layers. She suggested to keep them longer since my hair is fine, and she thought it'd thin out my hair too much if I cut them short. I trusted her opinion and said sounds good. She specifically said she did not want to cut my layers shorter than my shoulders. So I'm not sure what happened but I ended up with uneven, shorter than my shoulders layers that honestly don't make any sense. They're choppy and super uneven... they don't blend well with my hair at all. They honestly look like I had a short A Line cut and added cheap extensions that don't blend. It looks horrible and I wish I noticed it at the time. I didn't notice until I came home and started messing around with my hair and realized how bad it looks. I understand mistakes happen but she let me walk out looking like this and quite literally said "your hair looks beautiful!". Pictures truly don't even do it justice but I tried.

I had an appointment at 1:30 today and my beautician just started a hair cut of her previous client ar the time I was supposed starting mine. I waited patiently, but the. after the hair cut rather than say anything to me like I will be right with you. She decided she would take pictures in the sun of her previously clients cut. At no time did she ever apologize about running late. After 25 minutes past my scheduled time, I walked out. Won't ever go back.

Basically, I asked to have my hair long enough to lay down and it's on even. My hair was about 6 in I asked for two off instead I got two left.
