Horrible customer service. Horrible loan officers. Made getting a loan the most grueling process. Me and my wife ended up closing our bank account of 15 years due to incompetence. Switched to IQ credit union and love it.

I joined this credit union when it first opened, then called Clarkco. That was about 42 years ago. At the time their technology and service was up to date. Unfortunately, they are now operating much as they did 40 years ago. They don't have or won't deploy the technology to allow interbank transfers which is very important if you have any complexity to your personal finances. Their interest rates are poor on savings. They really should merge with a larger more versatile organization. I have found the personnel satisfactory from a customer contact standpoint, but they can't compensate for the technological shortcomings.

I started banking at the hazel dell location about 3mos ago because they offered great interest rate for my new car loan.Figured all banks were basically the same so went with the bank that had the best terms. But since becoming a member and interacting with a few of the tellers and the manager Ashlee - I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how on top of things they are. And specifically they listen to concerns or questions and work to give real answers instead of cookie-cutter corporate answers that I usually heard at banner bank.So big kudos to this hazel dell branch - thank you!!

This is a shared branch for WSECU but they will not allow you to withdraw money inside the bank. Half of the time their ATM machine is down so I can’t utilize that method. Not a branch I would utilize in the future.

Worst bank ever. Steer way clear. What kind of bank would write there is no law that says we have to mail you a monthly account statement and then palm off a two year old annual report. Is Peoples Community Fed. Credit Union still solvent? Why would they hold ones personal data hostage in the tech monster?********** STARS or less if if it were possible.

Possibly their worst location. They have a huge turnover of interns, so it always takes a while to get things done. All of them seem to lack good customer service. How to greet a customer, how to answer a question, etc. Their ATM machine has been out of service since March of 2022 (it is now December 2022). When I asked about it the gal just smiled and didn't show any signs of concern over her company's own machine. Some of the teller machines seem to also be having issues, not all of them recognize personal info like a social security number or birthday either that or the gal lied to me and it kind of seems to be the latter.

I have been a member since 1987. I have never had a bad experience. I have had to relocate out of state where I purchased a new home. The people there (Gabe and others) made the process so easy. I never had to worry about their role in the process. I highly recommend pccu. My only regret is that I couldn't move them with me.

I went into the credit union for a new debit card. Left was assured that everything was fine. I haven't tried to use the card until TODAY. The kid who made the new card DIDN'T ACTIVATE IT! I Went to the store and buy food . I HAVE NO WAY TO GET FUNDS! I have a maintenance man coming tomorrow and NO way to access my funds! This is the SECOND time this has happened! I called the after hours number asking for a supervisor the rep hung up after I listed the things that PCC has done this! I am so upset about this!

My son has been wanting a bank account for a few weeks…we went with People’s Credit Union as they don’t require a minimum balance. His account was opened with only a hundred dollars, but this bank made him feel like a very valued customer. We had a fantastic experience! It was quick and easy, and he left the bank with his permanent debit card!
