Worst bank ever. Steer way clear. What kind of bank would write there is no law that says we have to mail you a monthly account statement and then palm off a two year old annual report. Is Peoples Community Fed. Credit Union still solvent? Why would they hold ones personal data hostage in the tech monster?********** STARS or less if if it were possible.

Time to change banks. In this time when we are trying to limit contact with people, they decide to relocate and get rid of their drive through just so they can have a fancy location??????. Guess their own comfort is way more important than customers safety.

Their main phone customer service line are full of a bunch of terrible people, looking to start conflicts, and not willing to help. I will be transferring all of my money out of this credit union.

We are 15 year customers of Peoples Community Credit Union. The ATM at the downtown branch has been broken for a while now. Upon asking about its repair they replied that they are focused on moving to a new downtown waterfront office and can't be bothered with repairing the ATM so it will be down for at least 6 more months. They acted completely inconvenienced that I would even inquire about the machine, with zero regard for my convenience or other customers that need cash. Technology is non existent here. You have to go in for everything. No e-signatures for loan docs, etc. I've been irritated for a while, but the broken ATM response really does it.

This bank could not handle a simple adding me to my mother's account, took over 3 visits, numerous phone calls, and even when they said we were done, I still had to fax, visit, resign. Unable to understand their own banking procedures, many mistakes they called miscommunication rather than making it right. For their mistakes, I now have taxi charges, attorney fees for a fax that even with that, I had to revisit, even though I was told by supervisor that was it! They were willing to do nothing to make their mistakes right. I even had to get another branch involved! Thank God I bank with Chase, this kind of thing would never happen, and when they made a mistake, they took care of me and made it right.
