The front desk staff aren't great but all of the OB's I saw were wonderful. My primary OB was Dr Joke and she is the absolute best! I was so lucky to have her as a first time mama to be and I will definitely be sticking with her!

I would NOT take your child to this hospital. By far the most dishonest group of Drs / "social workers" I have ever dealt with. They tried to have my daughter, a minor, admitted to a mental institute without me being present even AFTER my daughter asked them to wait for me to be with her. Which is against the law... When I confronted them about this, the Social Worker who's name was Ty, lied to my face MULTIPLE TIMES about the interaction she had with my daughter. We went in for a referral to see a psychiatrist and this incompetent, ignorant, dishonest "social worker" who has no education in psychology or license for that matter, to diagnose any kind of mental illness, made a recommendation to have my child admitted for two to five weeks at a mental institute and she wouldn't even give me the name of this facility!!! This is beyond radical and unreasonable. While we were there we never even spoke to a LICENSED PSYCHIATRIST, but yet this women, Ty, felt it was in her best judgement to admit a minor to a fucking mental institute without me being present, when all we came in for was a referral? This woman has no business being around children and was beyond rude and confrontational. I have requested multiple meetings with the Hospital administrator and the head of personnel to discuss the level of blatant dishonesty I experienced at this location and of course, no response. AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF MENTAL HEALTH RELATED ISSUES UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO END UP AT WESTERN STATE MENTAL INSTITUTE. I WONDER HOW MANY KICK BACKS SW MEDICAL CENTER GETS FOR REFERRING PATIENTS????

I was sent hear by 2 different companies about my knees. Doctor said I was fine both times mind you did not send me for mri. Turns out 5 years later I have been dealing with a tornmeniscus and other damage that gas severely affected my life professionally.Same doctor both times. Seems pretty sketch that two separate companies sent me there to get cleared for work

Don't expect this place to refer you outside of Peace Health, as they will not. I was being seen for high Lipase and Amylase blood work (chronic pancreatitis). This place referred me to Dr. Dana Hametti (gastroenterologist). I had 2 procedures done by this doctor, of which she did not come see me before, didn't see her when I was wheeled into OR, nor did she come talk to me afterwards. This is because she knows nothing about the pancreas, yet, Dr Kanev sent me to her. STOP SENDING PEOPLE TO QUACKS! THESE DOCTORS KNOW NOTHING! I am also very allergic to everything, carry an EpiPen and have been begging to be sent to an allergist other than Columbia Asthma and allergy. They continue to send the referral to Columbia Asthma and allergy. I'm very close to writing a letter to channel 2, 6, 8 and 12 news as this is absolutely malpractice!

These people for most part are friendly, caring, understanding and easy to work with. They are however, human like the rest of us, and sometimes,have a bad day. Wait times sometimes vary depending on if an emergency arises. They will let you know if that happens.

I have been a patient at this clinic for over 6 years and have had NO problems with anyone here, from appointment setters on the phone, front desk check-in, medical assistants, back room immunization/vaccinations, to my personal physician. Everyone one is kind, pleasant, and helpful. No long wait times and don't over book appointments. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been with the same Doctor for 6 yrs. She is so sweet, listens to my concerns and opinions. She has true concern about my health and medical conditions. She has had me see other Drs. in the same office for other specific issues and treatments and I have had no complaints with any of them.

Worst place ever! Disorganized in a way only a place in a third world country would be and on top of it all, they tell you there’s a mask mandate in this state (Washington State, June 2023) lol.Nope never again. Be smart and go somewhere else

My appointment is 8:30am. My Dr. Yulia Kotlyar , nurse Hannah and Other lady dr were there. they were such sweet and great ? awesome work for my NEXPLANON removed as well.! Make me comfortable. They are professional and great teamwork. I didn’t wait long at all. They removed an implant in my left arm so fast kinda 15mins. So quick, fast and professionally. I’m glad to see them and had a great experience with Dr. Yulia’s team members. Thank you so much. I hope I wouldn’t sick or body problems but if I need a dr.! Highly recommend a This Dedical center.!! Awesome. Place is clean and neat. Very organized’s well. Super.!

If Only I could give zero stars. Peacehealth is the worst place to go for any type of healthcare service. From my own experiences, to Friends and Family. I have asked my mother time and time again to find another place for Primary care. She is an established patient and her PCP had the good sense to go to another place to practice medicine. My mother is unable to follow as the new place doesnt take her insurance. She needs a new PCP and keeps getting the run around that they cant schedule more than 2 months out. My mother has serious medical needs and its no surprise to me she cant get anywhere with Peacehealth. Its like the WalMart of Healthcare

Straight freaking negligent clinic! My mom is going to need her back fused togethe, she was able to walk 2 months ago and under their care, my mom is too scared to ask for a new doctor and too scared to ask for an ambulance because it ‘costs too much.’ She cant freaking walk anymore from the pain in her back, she’s 41. Seeing how I won’t get the care she needs from them, all I asked for was a simple spine specialist referral. I was told it was made a high priority and so far I’ve heard nothing, this is a very time sensitive condition with it getting worse by the day, and this clinic does not care whatsoever. Straight negligent and my mom is a victim of malpractice by them. She complained of back pain after her car accident and they had her walking coming in and doing physical therapy for her neck! They do not listen or care and her condition has worsened under their care. I don’t know how they can call themselves healthcare workers, seems like all they care about is moving through the clinic program they have going on there.

Always runs late though they'll tell you to your face they're running on time. Closed for lunch between 12 and 1, except they're not back at 1 so you have to guess when they actually start picking up the phones. Drs are rude, judgemental, and have time management issues. Consistently late to their appointments, do they have an office manager? Cause nothing changes when you complain. But they'll happily cancel your appointment if you are the one late though. impatient with anxious children as well.

Honestly, I am sad due to the lack of respect this place has for those of us in need of mental health therapy. I was seeing Rothenfluch for about 3 months in replacement of the person I had been seeing. I was not told in the beginning that Rothenfluch was only a prescriber of medicine, not a therapist. He told me he informed the lead therapist (I think his name was Dr. Prist) that I would like to start seeing a therapist there. These are interns, not licensed therapists. It took them over 3 months to contact me, then deny me video sessions because I was out of state for a short time. I know people that receive video sessions that are out of state. Now, my meds are not being filled. This is messed up. Nothing but the worst for those of us that truly need the help. Unless you have money, you are nothing anymore to these "doctors". I am in pain, yet my meds are not being filled.

I've been going here for a few years. I really appreciate the care. Sometimes I feel like I'm being judged by newer doctors that don't know me. But I know my PCP and counselor have truly been helpful in my care. Thank you

Took 25 minutes for person to check in my son before she gave him any paperwork. Person kept trying to talk to me even though I can't hear. She also kept trying to find someone to sign to me (I don't sign). Utter incompetence. State DOH allows for temporary unmasking to allow lip-reading, and if someone is uncomfortable with that, he/she can get a pen and paper.
