I found PC Rescue Wiz online when I noticed that the outside trim surrounding the screen on my MSI GE76 Raider gaming laptop was coming off. The outside trim was coming off due to a broken and stiff hinge. Took it in Thursday and got it back on Wednesday, which is much faster than tech support for big companies as far as I've heard. Taps was super friendly with me and I could tell he was super knowledgeable and skilled. If you're looking for someone skilled and trustworthy to fix your computer, I highly recommend Taps and his services!

Taps had my pc issue fixed ina little over a day, super friendly, and the cost was WAY below what I was expecting. Would highly recommend if you need pc services to check him out, will definitely be going here in the future for some upgrades!

I highly recommend PC Rescue Wiz for all computer needs. Taps built my custom PC from scratch with high end components including Windows 11 installation. My computer is running flawlessly. Turn around time was quick. Taps' work on this was unbeatable. If you need to custom build a gaming pc, or have any issues with a laptop or desktop pc, Taps is your man.

Had a amazing experience here! The owner was super friendly and helpful. The price I paid to get my computer fixed was a welcome surprise. As someone who has gone other places in the past, and been taken advantage of this was a very welcome change. They will be getting mine and my husband's business for the rest of our lives. We will definitely be back for future computers.

Taps helped me with my computer issue from start to finish! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he also takes the time to explain the issues and what it will take to fix them in a clear way that i could understand.
