I recently visited Pacsun for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised! The store has a great selection of trendy apparel and accessories. The prices are also very reasonable. I was able to find several items that I liked and the staff was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. The store was clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend Pacsun to anyone looking for fashionable and affordable clothing.

Worst employees. A couple are really nice but most the time if you walk in there don't expect to be greeted or asked if you need any help or even looked at. Most the employees don't pay any attention to the customers, I could walk in there and take stuff and they'd never notice.

I would give a zero star if possible. The girls working in there tonight are extremely rude. She constantly kept saying they were closed as we were checking out. The time on the receipt was 8:03. Very poor customer service.

I thought by now the customer service would be better by now... nope. Walked in 3 employees just talking to each other. Customers walking in and out. Not one time did one of them say HI, ask us or any other customers if we needed help or anything. Wow. Management should really check into this it has been going on for years now. I hate walking in there. So look who your employees were clocked in on June 29th, 2021 at 1:30pm...

Do not recommend this store whatsoever. Their shipping is terrible, when returning they give you so many problems and don't end up returning your money and instead give you in-store credit. Their clothes like, all cooperate brands are low quality. It's really in how they display it, consumer appeal, that makes it seem "higher quality" when it is not. If you are looking for trendy things might as well go to any store. Their employees are not the friendliest. This store is more on the mediocre side and sells things that seem "trendy".
